Reveived the Longines watch in great time and condition. It's size and color were not as expected an as such requested RMA authorization for exchange with another Longines several days later.
The watch was delivered UPS insured to Watchmaxx one week ago, Jan 27. Received a call the following day claiming the was was damaged? Sized? Spoke to a courteous gentleman who said they would evaluate the situation and let me know options to proceed. That was (1) one week and (1) email and (1) follow up call ago. Thus far, no return response. I have nothing to show for my $900 purchase and so far no apparent effort on the part of Watchmaxx to move towards a happy resolution for all.

Fast and good
Website was easy to use, product I wanted was in stock at a good price. Communication regarding status of order was prompt and accurate. Delivery was faster than expected and bracelet was sized perfectly. Product quality was beyond expectations. VERY pleased with WatchMaxx and would HIGHLY recommend.

Easy to choose and pay for the watch I wanted, but the jury is still out on quality. Not sure that the watch functions properly.
