After receiving the Rolex that I ordered, the only issue I had was the color of the dial in real life compared to the photo that was posted online. To be fair though, the picture is from the Rolex website. If color is important to you, I would suggest seeing the watch at a store to confirm it's what you want before placing the order online. Izzy offered to do a return/ exchange if we wanted to. We decided to keep the watch. Great company overall.

Great, this is my third watch purchased from Watchmaxx, very happy with the experience. Although more product images would be nice. The product appears to be slightly different from the image on the website.

However, dial face color was not the one ordered. Received Silver face as opposed to the ordered White face.
Kept the watch regardless to avoid return hassles and incurring wait time for the exchange.

I used to buy from Authentic Watches but their quality has slipped. Items ordered did not pass quality control or were blemished. Questions to them either unanswered or delayed long enough for me to turn to you. I spend a lot on watches and their is too much to watch out for on EBay. I bought a fake watch (Panerai) which was discovered two months after sending in for service. A fake, relisted once I got my money back. Scammers abound! Treat me like a valued customer and I will return.
