Before purchasing this server, I repeatedly asked which package I should buy and clearly confirmed whether it was DMCA ignored. They said yes, it was DMCA ignored — and to be fair, they did not lie about that part. They also assured me that the package I bought was fast and suitable for a movie website.
That turned out to be completely false.
After installing our software and starting tests, the results were terrible. Uploading takes 30–40 minutes, and encoding takes another 40 minutes. Encoding a 3 GB movie takes nearly 2 hours, which is absolutely unacceptable for a server advertised as "fast" and "suitable for streaming."
When I asked for a refund, they refused.
To make things worse, the support team told me that because I paid $220, support may take a long time, and that if I had purchased a more expensive package, I would have received better and faster support. This is nothing but discrimination. Isn't my $220 real money?
My money is gone, my time is wasted, and the service does not deliver what was promised. I strongly do NOT recommend this provider. Please read this carefully before buying — otherwise, your money may go straight to the trash, just like mine.

On December 21st, this client contacted our company via LiveChat to request a server. When asked to clarify the nature of their website and expected daily traffic, the client provided a URL and stated the site receives approximately 15,000 visitors per hour.
We recommended this client to our Latvia Server options based on his website’s requirements and advised that Dedicated Latvia Plan 3 would be the most suitable (History of LiveChat available). Additionally, we noted that a dedicated GPU would likely be necessary in the near future to support high-speed, high-quality streaming. The client didn't even tell us anything about the graphics card he needed
The client ordered Server Plan1!. Despite our advance warning that this plan (1) has resource (CPU Model and RAM) limitation and would not support streaming requirements, the client insisted on this specific setup. The server was provisioned and delivered within 24 hours.
Five days after the server was delivered, the client reported issues regarding slow video encoding speeds
But the question is, did the client request a graphics card on the server before ordering the server? The answer is no.
Did he consider our suggestion to choose Plan 3? No, he didn't care.
Server has been connected to 1Gbps full Dedicated Uplink with Unmetered Bandwidth
But video encoding is being processed via CPU only. CPU-based encoding is significantly slower compared to GPU (NVENC) encoding, which explains the delay that client experiencing during live streaming
But who is to blame? Is it us who gave the client full explanations and offered him the right plan, or is it the client who chose the wrong server and is the main mistake?
The client then began demanding an immediate resolution and made several threatening remarks toward our team.
We were still patient and to satisfy the client, we offered to replace the server with the one we had originally suggested and on which the graphics card could be installed. We even told him that we would give him 3 free days of that server to test it. If everything was OK, we would then shut down the old server. He rejected this special offer, even though we had not committed any negligence.
She just threatened and demanded a refund, yelling that the server was encoding slowly, and unfortunately, he didn't want to pay attention to our explanations and even our last offer.
As stated in our Terms of Service, dedicated server fees are non-refundable. Clients are required to review and accept these conditions before an order can be processed. As this order was confirmed and provisioned, we must adhere to our established refund policy.
Despite our comprehensive support and professional recommendations, the client elected to disregard our advice and continued with his initial approach.
