You'll get all the help you need from the very beginning of your relationship with these people. Warez-host has been the only web host that I have ever hosted with and they have never given me any reason to want to change services. Good uptime, Super fast speed. I like it.
I do not have any problem with warez-host managed dedicated server hosting, didn't see any downtime with my site. The server speed is relatively fast (guess I have a fast connection). The control panel interface is fairly intuitive. Recommended.
