Beware!

I ordered a bicycle from Walmart Online. The bike arrived and I had to assyemble it. Once finished I found out that the rear tire was flat (It was already installed on the frame so I did not have to handle it until I was finished. I contacted their service chat and was told the following.

EVERYDAY I PLACE AN ORDER OF ITEMS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. THEY CANCEL IT 12 HOURS LATER, OUT OF STOCK. I CALL THEM UP AND THEY GIVE ME A PROMO CODE FOR SOME AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR MY TROUBLE AND TIME. BUT WHEN I PLACE THE NEXT ORDER THE SAME THING HAPPENS TO THE ORDER. IT IS CANCELLED BY WALMART AS OUT OF STOCK 12 HOURS LATER AND THEN THEY TELL YOU THEY GAVE YOU TOO MANY PROMO CODES SO THEY CANNOT REPLACE THE 2 YOU LOST ON YOUR LAST 2 ORDERS. MOST OF MY ORDERS ARE CANCELLED ALONG WITH THE PROMO CODES SO ALL I AM DOING IS WASTING MY TIME. AMAZON IS MUCH BETTER, IF THEY CANCEL AN ORDER THEY GIVE YOU BACK THE PROMO CODES AMOUNT YOU LOST ON THE ORDER. AND THEY RARELY ARE OUT OF STOCK OF AN ITEM THEY TELL YOU IS IN STOCK. WALMART NEEDS A LOT OF WORK ON THEIR WALMART.COM ORDERINGS WEB SITE. IT IS A VERY GREAT WASTE OF TIME.

Ship to wrong address

I ordered an item from Walmart.com, took 11 days from order to delivery, however, I never received the item. After tracking the item through UPS, I discovered Walmart had shipped the item to a different person with an entirely different address (probably mixed up shipping labels). Accidents happen, but trying to work with them to resolve the issue, they were unable to replace the item (short supply, I hold them at no fault for this either). However, it took a 20 minute unpleasant phone call that got heated to get them to refund the item! Sorry, from now on, Amazon it is! Please note in pictures the shipping number and the different shipping addresses (some information blacked out for privacy).

Ordered an Item, recieved it broken, tried to get replacement fast and got zero help from customer service who did nothing but deflect and tried to make the process take longer when I told them I needed it faster. If at all possible buy elsewhere I dont want anyone else to have to go through this experience.

Due to Covid I recently joined Walmart+ to take advantage of its drive-thru pick-up service since my local store does not provide free delivery. While this service was efficient, my groceries were delivered in 15 plastic bags (including a 5 cents per bag levy charged by the county to reduce plastic pollution). The problem is that these groceries would normally have fit into 3-4 bags if I had checked out in the store. For example, one bag was used for a small container of sour cream and another bag for a small box of Jello. I'm all for reducing plastic pollution and willing to pay the 5 cent per bag fee but Walmart needs to rethink its bagging practices if it wants to be a part of the solution and not a part of the problem.

To get a refund for the order. At least I did get a refund, so that is saying something! I would suggest extra attention if you are ordering something that isn't directly from Walmart.

I found an "Ugly Christmas Shirt" on Walmart.com through some company called "JOYBUY". After purchase, I was assured it would be delivered by December 10th, as I wanted to wear it for a show on Christmas Eve. The date came and went, and was changed from the 10th, to the 13th, to the 17th to "Delayed". I reached out to the company with an automated response. It wasn't until I cancelled the order today on Christmas Eve that I got an email back asking why I was cancelling... um... wut? Walmart should not try to be Amazon and carry multiple vendors that will not ship on time and keep communications open. Warning... Make sure that whatever you order from Walmart is actually... WALMART. Epic fail from one of the biggest.

I bought bottle water from walmart.com. Never got it or no money back. I have brought it to their attention several times with no response! Never again will I buy from walmart.com! In my opinion they are thieves!

Walmart's site is notoriously slow, and their product reviews are a joke. I find a product on Amazon so I can read reviews, then usually buy the same product from walmart. If they would upgrade the reviews portion, they would put Amazon out of business I think.

At first I ordered all 4 of my items with the same card at the same time. They canceled 2 of them because of "location problems" but the other 2 weren't? They're all going to the same damn place. MY HOUSE. I tried 2 times after that and still it wouldn't work. I checked if the items were still in stock and they were, checked if they changed prices, they didn't! So I did the last thing anyone wants to do. Contact them. And of course they didn't help me in any way. And before anyone says crap like "you're new to that site and you can't get technology blah blah blah" I ORDERED A NOTEBOOK AND PENCILS! Why do they have to make it so hard for me to order something! Just another reason why target will always be better than that $#*! storm of a place.

My mom sent me to get groceries, and while I was there, I must say, that place is absolutely WILD. There was an entire squad of 3rd graders or something running all over the store at maximum speed. I notified the staff, but they didn't care and said "Kids will be kids". After awhile, I had my cart full, and then one of those kids and his little friend came up to my cart and ran away with it, and I never saw it again. I was very upset after this. I did not even go looking for my cart, I just left and drove home. I am done with Walmart.

I love shopping online, especially since the pandemic, having 6 kids (one being a new baby) it makes it so convenient to not have to go into the store. I use this site often from food, to vitamins, bedding, kids clothing, nursing needs, baby items, anything you can think of.

WalMart In Pine Bluff

We have a super Wal\mart in Pine Bluff but we would like to have one of the small Walmarts in White Hall, AR at exit 34. This would be a great site. Easy on and off I-530. This intersection has fast foods, car dealers, a new bank, credit unions, Coltons, fuel, Popeyes, Taco Bell, McDonald's, fuel, Huddle House etc. The ideal spot would be behind Smart Auto plex. I received an item for Xmas that was purchased on Walmart.com by a friend.
I couldn't use it so took it back to my local WALMART to exchange or get a refund. First I was told I needed a box for the return so I purchased a box in the store. Then I'm told because it came from Walmart.com (apparently sold by one of their rip off 3rd party sellers) that Walmart couldn't exchange or give a refund. The only thing they were willing to do was refund the purchaser.
GOOD JOB WALMART! I wander how many people received gifts from WALMART.COM that are TOTALLY USELESS GIFTS THIS XMAS! Way to go WALMART tick off the receiver then put the purchaser thru that (giving useless gifts for Xmas or have to figure out how to replace the gifts) Your policy stinks & obviously not thought thru.
DONE WITH WALMART. AMAZON WILL GET ALL MY BUSINESS FOR 2022.

Prices are good at Walmart but if you cannot receive your order, it's useless. I moved into an apartment recently. My unit number does not sync with driver delivery app. Drivers do not always contact me when attempting to deliver. Instead, they cancel my order and take it back to the store. I'm done. I've escalated the need multiple times. Nothing gets resolved. So, no more Walmart plus. I can't be the only customer experiencing this issue. How many customers will Walmart lose before hearing their customers and taking action to resolve? For such a large company, they are completely deaf to the issues being experienced. It's impossible to upload a photo as proof of purchase SINCE I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER, AGAIN.

The store located in Hallandale on Hallandale beach Blvd near S Ocean Drive is the worst customer experienced. I travelled from Miami to this location to pick up a few cans of spray paint. I waited for over 30 minutes asking employees for the key to the spray paint cabinet and no one could help. Then finally she said she was a manager and went to go look for the key, 10 minutes later she said the guy who has the keys took them home last night and they could not open the cabinet. I wasted time and money coming here and could not buy the paint. This is not the 1st time I had problems with this location, They heave a customer service box and i press the button for service many, many times and NO ONE comes. What's the point of this box? Why cant you have more than 1 key for the paint cabinets. Why do you lock them if no one can open them? I hate this location and I hate Walmart for the useless customer service!

If I could review it would be negative stars, I would. My husband & I regularly shop at the Wal mart in Richfield, Utah. Since the pandemic, we go as early as possible on a Saturday or Sunday morning. We went just like normal, spent an hour shopping, I use a scooter, my basket was full, and my husband's was close to being full. We got up to where we usually check out, started putting things on the belt to be rung up. A nice gentleman very politely came up to us, and explained that we needed to go to the self check out registers. My reply to that was "Absolutely not." We left our groceries, just as they were. I am frustrated, with this, my husband and I both had CoVid over Christmas, so by quarantining we have not been able to go to the store, unfortunately we are out of quite a bit of things. When getting home, I proceeded to call the store to talk to a manager. I had to call twice, the first time, it rang about 50 times and then automatically disconnected. The second time I called, a young lady answered, "I asked to speak to a manager", she put me on hold. Amber came to the phone, I explained my situation. She was RUDE. She explained to me that, things were so slow, that they could not feasibly have a checker. My argument to that is, "You can afford for an employee to put away the items that we had planned on purchasing, when if you had a checker on call, it would have taken them 10 minutes to check us out." There was a person at each end of the registers for self check out, why could one of those not be a back up to larger orders? I do not understand the logic here. Where has the customer service gone? We are the ones that pay your pay-check. If the store is in that bad of shape financially, I would think that you would treat the customers with respect and consideration, so they would be happy for the experience and be return customers. Again, if I could rate the store it definitely would be in the negative stars. I am safe in saying, on an average, we spend at least $200 weekly, well not any more.

Returns to online purchase BAD

The return process for an online purchase through Walmart's third-party site is awful the store gives you the runaround and you have to find a way to contact the third party vendor and it's hard and they don't get back in touch with you so you eat the price of the purchase

Can't seem to get anyone in the United States on the phone. The problem with this is overseas agents have a limited ability to assist and always tell you to keep an item while they give you a refund. The problem with this policy is that those overseas reps fail to tell you that this action goes against you in the long term, especially if you shop online. Someday brick and mortar will be a thing of the past. Buying online will increase, which means returns will increase. Shame on them for limiting online shopping during covid and ro disabled people.

DISGUSTING!

Wallmart.com requires a paid membership to have priority access to purchase an Xbox Series X console. Wallmart.com allows resellers that purchase their Wallmart membership (in order to attain multiple consoles) to SELL the consoles on Wallmart.com for hundreds of dollars over MSRP. Seriously?!?! Who is your customer Wallmart?

Surely not I. I will be sad for all of your employees when you start closing stores.
