Please be aware that the 1-3 days is not accurate although the website says that. Pretty sure I will hear an excuse that it's because safety measures against COVID but still take it off website because that is false advertising.
It has a very bad quality, also it took me a long time to arrive, not to mention what I had to pay to get the package when it finally arrived. In my opinion the product leaves a lot to be desired and does not look like the photos. Finally, it does not even come with the label of the store itself and I do not know why it is a product that they have made.

Sadly there have been some significant delays within the postal service as a result of COVID-19 however, we are so happy to let you know that standard shipping is now mostly back to normal and expected to arrive within 5-10 business days! We also offer a DHL express service for customers in the US, Canada and Europe and these orders will arrive within 1-3 business days.
We have recently introduced a feature on our website that provides an estimate of the customs fees you may be charged once your parcel has undergone the clearance process in customs. This estimate is shown on checkout prior to processing payment. We are really sorry, but unfortunately we have no control over import duties and taxes that are charged by your country. These fees are different to the shipping costs and are decided by your country based on the value of the goods when undergoing customs clearance. The best thing to do is to check with your country's customs, as they will be able to let you know how these fees are decided.

The quality of the fabric is great. I especially like that soft fabric liner that helps with sweat. Fits well. Only thing it's missing is a nose mold but it doesn't need it like other mask. Has a sort of cup and it sits on your nose. Thanks guys!

Buyer beware: the quality of these items are nowhere near worth the price, their return policies are unclear, the customer service is abysmal, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I've actually never gone through the trouble of writing a review, but I really want to make sure other people don't make the same mistake I made. Firstly, Verge Girl does not inform its customers properly about the shipping costs. If you are not in Australia DONT ORDER unless you're willing to pay a significant amount of additional money to receive your package. In my instance: I am living in the Netherlands and had to pay 154 euros extra to receive my package (worth 400 euros). If I didn't want to receive my package, I still had to pay those shipping costs.
Secondly, the quality of the clothes is absolutely terrible. A white dress shines through like you can't imagine (especially if you consider the money you paid for it), the fabric is crappy and cheap and all in all everything is extremely overpriced.
This is really to prevent everyone from falling into the same trap..

Low quality fabric. They said they will give you 10 dollars off when you sign up/for first time purchase but their code doesn't even work. Apparently, they "forgot" to mention that "Thank you for your reply. I'm really sorry lovely, but the code is not valid on sale items and is valid on full priced items when the order total is a minimum of $100 AUD." This is according to someone named Kelsey, a customer service manager at Verge girl. It would more transparent if they mentioned it from the very first moment when they ask people to sign up.

Verge Girl is such a cool place to shop. All the pieces are so 'instagram ready' and trendy.
A lot of their items are out of stock in the smaller sizes which makes it hard for me to purchase things at times, but the clothes are really pretty and shipping is quick (around 4/5 days). I like that refunds are available, as many online shops only offer store credit on returns. I look forward to my next VG purchase!
I purchased their romantic lace boob tube tube top and wore it for my 21st birthday. It's uber cute, very chic, and I love it! My complaints are 1) I'm not sure if the quality ENTIRELY pairs with price. Nothing about the make stood out to me and verge girl is definitely on the pricier side. The only other call out I have is 2) it took FOREVER to arrive. I originally ordered it for a trip in late October and I ordered it at least a month and a half ahead of time but it still was not here til almost middle of November. I know coming from AU to the US as well as COVID are probably huge factors, but a pricier brand should expedite shipping always. Clothing is super cute! Definitely recommend to a friend if they have the budget!

I made an order on the 22nd September 2020 and paid for international postage. I checked the link to see the status of my order regularly, but once it left Australia I had no visibility. By the end of October I emailed the customer service email address and asked what had happened to the order, where they told me that the Italian postal service had tried to deliver, but they did not have the full details of my address. I checked the details and they were fully correct, including my Italian phone number. Perhaps the Italian postal service is to blame for the incompetent delivery, but Verge failed to notify me and told me that I should have checked on the status myself (reminder: the tracking was not available, I assumed this was due to COVID and the long delays). Since then, I have had a back and forth conversation (over the course of 3 months) whereby Verge accept absolutely no responsibility for the poor communication and missing package, and hold at ransom the money I paid for the order until they receive the return. I had a similar story happen with a package I ordered from Zulu & Zephyr in 2019; they were super responsive, apologised for the length of time it took to get to the bottom of the problem and gave me a full reimbursement whilst they awaited for the missing package to arrive (and they updated me when it did!) It is not acceptable to pass the buck to the national postal service, Verge should be keeping on top of the way they send items.
I am not sure what to do at this point, because my dad bought me some Verge Girl items in the first week of December and we have still not received them. Customer service just told him that packages are delayed and he should have read that on the website. I totally understand that we are in a pandemic and items can be delayed, but being over a month late is not okay. Other companies face the same challenges, yet I still receive their items on time. When I track the items it just says I will receive them on December 10th, but it is now January 18th. I would really like my money back and some help from the customer service department.
I got a pair of pants from them for $80 and they pilled within one wear. The fabric is cheap and the clothing feels like it will fall apart in one wear. Everything is made in China and the brand is completely unsustainable. They are also like an overpriced forever 21 in that they steal designs from small brands and dupe them making them cheap and low quality

This has to be the worst clothes website ever. Never have I received any decent clothes from it the material is as cheap as it gets and the sizes are impossible to know which results in the shipping fee to return. Customer service is like a robotic message saying the same thing over and over even tho it's a human. Shows no compassion to your feedback and concern. Utterly disgraceful.
Fits very well especially if you are petite, the one thing i will say is i ordered a mesh turtle neck and its very hard to get over your head but fits the neck well.
Answer: I ordered the 24th of May and they are supposed to bring my order tomorow 5th of June. My purchase was worth 61,85 then I had to pay shipping 9,90 and tomorrow I have to pay 42,70 before I can get my order. Never ever will I order from them again! It takes ages to come and you have to pay more than you spend for the shipping to Europe (Belgium)
Answer: Dissh and princess Polly are very similar in style and have more options but I like Verge girl cause their unique pieces. All companies are about the same quality and price.
