It was good at start then connection problems happened. I waited a whole week for them to fix the issue with my dedicated ip address. Then I waited beyond their 48 hours refund period and I am still waiting. I qualify since they have 30 day money back and I paid 3 years service. Give me back my money please. It's been a long and frustrating wait. $279 taken in hostage. Customer support says they are not the team in charge of refunds. What a joke. Been with them for a long time. Had ups and downs but one week without being able to connect could have costed me my job.

I signed up for a one-year plan with a dedicated IP server on April 9,2024. However, I haven't received the configuration yet, even though it's now April 18,2024. I've been reaching out to the helpdesk every day, and each time they assure me that my ticket will be treated as a top priority. Despite this, after nine days since subscribing, I still haven't received the configuration settings that I paid for.
The first picture clearly stated that the dedicated IP configuration would be ready within 48 hours.

If you're considering VPNArea, think twice—it's been nothing but trouble for me. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of subscribing.

I have always been happy with VPNAREA, but lately I haven't been able to log into USA-0-NFLX, or USA-2-NFLX. I have contacted them multiple times, and they haven't done anything to help me.

Lousy support! My VPN client on MAC OS does not work, been waiting for help for a month. Getting all the standard nonsense response from the online chat. GET ANOTHER VPN. AVOID!

I have tried many ways to establish the app,and I found that it is great to unblock many contents. I have purchased two years plan.

A lot of the servers don't actually work and when I contacted support about it they said that they would create a ticket and get back within 24 hours, it's been days now and still no reply. Also, when you ask for the chat transcript you don't get it. I eventually asked for a refund, the website says that "98% of refunds are processed within 24 hours" but it's been days and still nothing. Now I see that they have removed the live-chat completely. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I was having a hard time finding a VPN that worked in my location. VPN Area was easy to set up and has never failed me. The customer service is also awesome. I had a question about my subscription and wanted to change something, they did it right away with no questions.

Solution #2 without reinstallation of the app:Please go to Settings, switch "Adware & Malware prevent" to OFF then switch "Custom DNS" to ON and enter 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 in the two DNS boxes there. Reconnect to a new server and retry browsing.

Expired account renewed and had a very challeging time to reactivate, could not seem to import settings on the renewed account?
