Voices.com does an amazing job of helping me find just what I need quickly and easily. Within one minute after posting a job, I always get a phone call offering to help me locate the perfect voice. The site has an amazing selection of talented individuals and finding what I'm looking for is never an issue. Recently I posted a job, and received over 70 amazing auditions within 24 hours! I absolutely love Voices.com.
I admit I was a bit skeptical going from in-studio recording with talent to shifting over to the voices.com model. But it's made us more productive and put a wealth of talent at our fingertips that we'd never have had access to.
Their team is very responsive and they go out of their way to make sure you're happy. They are my go to recording service and a true secret weapon for casting some amazing talent.

After taking a 5 year break from VO work to start a family, I recently started up my account again at Voices.com. It was like I never left! Everything is still so easy to use and the updates to the site since 2010 are great! I am so pleased. And I got two jobs the first day! Love you guys!
At a time when it's rare to get good customer support, I've been pleasantly surprised to get just that from Voices.com. As someone who was new to the website, if not the VO biz, I can tell you that Ashely and a couple other of her support reps have saved my bacon and my projects a couple of times with prompt advice and help. They know their stuff and they actually seem to enjoy helping! Helluva deal!
I've only been at this full time voice over talent work for a short time, although I've been in radio and television for 35 years. It's just recently I retired from my laboratory and began full time work in the industry. What a Rookie! I needed a lot of help, and that's exactly what I received from the stsaff at Voices.com. Everyone I reached out to via email or telephone was extremely pleasent and incredibly hekpful, why, you'd think I was a 10 year veteran by the way they treated me. I have only great things to say about the customer service at Voices.com. When I first joined, I contacted them frequently for help establishing my profile, increasing my Voice Match, uploading my demo and more. I always got an immediate and professional response.
When I booked my first gig, I did not know how to accept a contract or perform some of the other necessary steps. One short call to their offices cleared everything up and the process went smoothly. Both I and the client were very happy.

I tried voices.com years ago, but wasn't ready to commit to a voice over career. Even then, I remember the service being great. I was going to join your competition, but the service is what brought me back.
There's one thing that a lot of companies miss; continuity. Voices.com started out from day one with superior service; they didn't hound me with a ton of solicitous emails daily; just gave me the information I needed, and left more than one method of contact information. The service level remains the same. Top notch. And everyone I know says the same thing: great service.
Lastly, I LOVE the fact that I have one person who answers my questions: Josh. He always responds promptly, with clear, simple answers. I don't spend my money with anyone who doesn't give great service, and I am extremely impressed; from the service, to the website. I got my new equipment, and I'm about to start rocking and rolling with Voice.com!
I love Voices.com. This is my full time job, and I make a living at it! So may jobs avail every day. The auditions are easy. The Clients have always been wonderful. And the staff at Voices, from the project managers to the admin staff all the way up to the president (who yah returned my emails personally when I had a question) are just the best. Im very grateful I found this site and very happy to be working with them daily. Can't recommend it enough!

I've been with Voices for years and I have to say, Ashley is A-#1! When it comes to customer service, she is always super speedy, professional and accommodating. She is a true asset to the organization and I'm grateful she's the VIP point person!
voices.com staff have been very helpful in the process of setting up my site and giving me feedback on the quality of my voice samples. Whenever I had a question they would answer very quickly and my issues were always resolved.
Voices.com is my go-to resource for voices, whenever I need a VO recorded well and fast. The team there (three cheers for Bonnie and Jess) are responsive, courteous, efficient and extremely helpful in finding the right voices and making sure records are done exactly as needed. I could not sing their praises enough and will always use them for all my VO needs in English (and Spanish!).
Dale Dupuis, our rep, just jumped through hoops for the last two days helping us in a real pinch. The guy is professional as heck, knows his stuff, and manages to maintain a sense of humor when the sh! T hits the fa--as it often does in the ad biz.
I would (and will!) work with these guys and, specifically, Dale again.

That's exactly how I would describe my interaction with Kelly on the other end of the Voice line a few days ago. I felt like I had so many questions, and even felt like I may have asked her the same question a couple times, some questions seemed remedial, but, through it all Kelly was calm, cool, and collected.
Kelly came across like I was her only "situation" for the whole day, and I could take as long as I needed. Never once did I feel rushed. Hopefully all of Voices "help" personnel are like Kelly, and if not, then they should be. Kelly definitely deserves the 5 stars I gave her and her service.

I had a need to forward some audition samples the other day and I found every sample except the one I wanted. I had deleted the file and there was no way to get my recording from the audition site to my desktop so I could email it. I ended up calling technical support and reached Kelly Matthews who, not only forwarded me a copy of my audition but she did in such a fast and professional way. She had such a great attitude and sense of humor she made solving my problem seem like it was the most important thing she had to do all day. Thanks Kelly.
