I purchased a fitband from vlebazaar for my daughter. IT was delivered a bit late and as a broken piece. Even the packing was torn off as if they are trying to make fun of us

Incident Details:

On 8th August 2024, I received the above-mentioned product. Upon opening the package, I found the keyboard box was taped up and torn. The keyboard itself was dirty, with hand smudges, and appeared to be a second-hand piece, contrary to the new condition stated on the website. Additionally, the keyboard was defective, with several keys not functioning.

Actions Taken:

Trouble Ticket: I raised a trouble ticket on Vle Bazaar's website within 30 minutes of delivery. There has been no response to date.

Return and Replacement Request: I applied for a return and replacement request on the Vle Bazaar website under order details. There was no option for a refund.

Customer Support Call: I called the support number(*******337) immediately to report the issue. The customer care executive assured me that a return and replacement request had been raised and the faulty product would be picked up within 2 days.

Follow-Up Attempts:

10th and 12th August 2024: I called again and was told it would take 2-3 more days for the return and replacement. I requested written confirmation via email or ticket response but received none.

14th August 2024: I called thrice. The first two calls were deliberately held up when I mentioned filing a complaint with the consumer forum and an FIR. On the third call, they claimed a network issue. They had no valid reason for the delay and could not provide a clear answer on whether the product would be replaced or refunded.

Current Situation:

I urgently need the keyboard for my work, but the continuous delays and false promises from Vle Bazaar are causing significant inconvenience and frustration. This situation is unacceptable and appears to be fraudulent.

Thus, with no options left I have to raise a complaint on consumer forum as well as an FIR for it.

I ordered earphones from VLE Bazaar on 28th July, it was mentioned that items will be delivered on 31st July. I needed them urgently, still, I ordered them because it was 300-400 bucks cheaper than Amazon or Flipkart. Anyways. I did not get the order on 31st July, not on 1st Aug, not even on 2nd Aug as well. So on 3rd Aug I called customer care and asked her to cancel the order as she told me that the order would be delivered on 8th Aug. I asked her to cancel and she confirmed, that she had canceled the order and soon I would get my money back. Today is 18th Aug, and my money has still not been refunded, rather the item arrived today, but I did not accept the order. I tried to call the VLE Bazaar customer care executives and got a seriously horrible experience dealing with them. I called in total 15 times. Encountered 3 different personals. One was Mr. Rishi, the other was Ms Rani Gupta and the third one was Ms. Aarti. I was only All of them behaved the same way. Once they ask the order ID, they keep me waiting for 2 to 5 minutes and then disconnect the call. I was, literally, begging them not to disconnect without any reply. After multiple attempts, Mr. Rishi told me that they had updated the status but still, he refused to either email me this confirmation or transfer my call to his senior. Now, I am feeling like I got cheated.

I had ordered for this website the first order was on Time. But when ordered the second time on 22/06/24 they never sent me details of the courier. When i called the call centre they gave me a date for 28/06/24. When i called them again on 28/06/24 they gave me another date of 3/07/24 and so i have cancelled the order. I haven't received my refund, which apparently will take 10 days. I have read now that the company was fined and still they have not learnt their lesson. The call centre hangs up directly and the representatives are very rude.
