I order a vaccume cleaner from VLE Baazar till date not recd my order and also my ordered money...

Not recieving phone...

I have placed an order for Sony EX15LP without mic headset black. But instead of that they have sent me Sony MDR-EX150AP with mic blue.

Placed an order on 3rd of August with payment done. Till today I did not receive the item. I contacted the representatives over phone 5 times. All the time i got the reply that I would be receiving the item within 2 or 3days. On the last call I was informed that on September 10th definitely i will receive it. Still no sign of getting the item.

Worst Online company, Even after 5 days they have not shipped my order. I have requested them to cancel the order and refund the money. I contacted the representatives over phone 5 times. @vlebazaar_in worlds biggest CHEATS Order no ******* 8jun23 for mi band 6. I got mi band 4 in package of mi band 6 on 13jun. Had to go thru troublesome net site and single phone number to get thru for return. Return received back by company 13july. Promised refund by 20 aug? Sep4 i am still following up to get refund after calling them umpteen times and waiting in a phone queue of 15 people everytime sometimes just deliberately disconnecting. Refusing to give to superiors and not processing refund even after promised date.
You guys are thieves and completely unreliable. Beware please dont buy anything from vlebazaar given this blatant act of theft and thuggery. Don't waste money on anything with them.

This online site is very bad, VLEBAZAAR not send right products, they changed model and send customers demaged products, for replacement or refund comlient after that more then 20 days they said more 7 days have to wait for replacement. Please do not buy any thing from VLEBAZAAR.IN
