First off, if i would have known they were going to send my print to a foreign country to be shipped back to me I wouldn't have used it at all. Secondly, they used the slowest shipping method possible with a required signature for a stupid 20 something dollar print. So It did not arrive in time for my event, and i still havent gotten the picture yet.
The framing and packaging are great. The photo is awful. Totally blurry and pixelated! No one contacted me to say there was any issue. Is there no quality control?! How could anyone think this was acceptable?! I sent an email asking someone to contact me and I have heard nothing back.

Made the mistake of choosing "pickup" instead of delivery, so I called the number on the website. I was connected to a helpful man who said Vivyx would be in touch with me via email or call. I received no call or email. I tried calling again but was immediately connected to an automated system that kept me on hold for around 30min before I gave up.

I ordered two images, not large, 7x7. They arrived rolled up in a tube! Its been 5 days and I am still trying to flatten them out so I can use them. VERY INCONVENIENT. WHy would they ship photos like this? Seems like inexperience, which is weird.
