The website made you acknowledge that the product would be LARGER than entered. When they arrived, this was not the case so now my prints are too small and not usable in my frames. When I provided photo examples of how what I received did NOT match what was described on the site, customer service agreed and then refused to refund, stating this is their "standard process". Please remove this inaccurate information from the website. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled and will not be ordering from Vivyx again.

I ordered the print in a frame and it came with no glass? And it looks like it will be nearly impossible to add that. I paid a hefty price to have this poster come half done.

Prints were promised yesterday, and I paid extra for that. No communication, no prints. As of right now, I would not recommend their services.
