The ordering process seems fairly straight-forward. However, I am not satisfied with the description for hanging options. It is not clear if the floating hangar block attaches to my own supplied frame or the print itself. When I tried to chat with a rep, they were unable to assist due to a "system upgrade".
UPDATE: After receiving the large print, 26" X 66" on museum grade canvas, I can say I am completely satisfied with the quality of work from Vivyx Printing. I knew the resolution of the image was less than ideal for the print size, but I am very happy with the results. Regarding my earlier concern, a customer service representative was quick to offer solutions on the floating block questions I had. In addition, there was a shipping issue that was quickly taken care to my satisfaction.
I recommend Vivyx and would not hesitate to send them additional work!

I found this website and thought it was awesome that I could print any sized canvas, however I learned that it was a bad idea. They didn't offer free shipping which was a bummer so I decided to do a pick up at their location. Their location address wasn't listed on the website so I asked the chat bot/person what the address was. I could not get an answer from them so I asked another chat person a few minutes later. They were able to give me an address in Phoenix which worked out for me since we were going to be traveling through there the next week. The website said my estimated delivery date would be Dec 17th and we were going to be picking up on the 19th. The morning of the 19th I had not yet received any confirmation that my order was ready for pick up so I tried calling the customer service line. I waited on hold to the most annoying messages. They never picked up and I got frustrated with waiting even though it said I was first in the queue. I called again a second time and after about 20 minutes waiting on hold I finally got through to a call center in India! Not Phoenix! And they couldn't tell me anything. These guys are idiots and I'm not sure why this company would hire a 3rd party company to answer their CS questions. They are literally ruining their business. After doing some savvy online research I found another review from a person that said Clint at the store helped her with her order. I then was able to find an partial email for Clint and I guessed the rest. Luckily I guessed right and he responded. He finished my order that day. Clint's email is *******@vivyxprinting.com if you need to get a hold of the company directly. He was the only person that redeemed this company for me.
The local pickup option needs to have an address listed in the shipping options. I had to send a chat asking for that information and the first person/bot (her name was Suzie) couldn't give me that information for some reason. I eventually was able to chat with another person/bot who new the address. That delayed my order process significantly. I also received an email the next day answering my question but this should already be listed on the website right next to the shipping options.
I was greatly pleased with the finished product. The color is fantastic.

I don't even know if the product purchased will be any good. I paid for the most expensive shipping method and it's been sitting in Arizona for 2 days now with no movement. Shipment was supposed to arrive on the 19th you rob people for shipping cost!

I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive the product. I called and gave the order information and was told someone would call me back and they did not. It is now several days past the promised delivery date and no word. No shipping notice. Very disappointed

I found Vivyx by using an online search for local printers. There are many options for photo printing, of course, but I found them and have been very pleased. I have been able to pick up my prints directly at their location in Phoenix. The one drawback is that they never notify me when the order is ready. I have to go to their website and use the chat function to find out if it the prints are ready.
