I called in to ask what the seat numbers were for a couple options I was looking at. Sam picked up right away and was extremely helpful as well as professional. He also found even better seats, I did not know were available. Sam did an awesome job and based on my experience with him, I would definitely use VividSeats again.

Brady at vivid did a great job, very informative and got the 6 tickets together. Fees of 25% high but it was a 3 time stanley cup winner in the last 7 years

Brady was a ton of help. My bank wasn't allowing the transactions to happen and I was getting pretty frustrated but brady was on things and knew right what to do. Got my tickets super fast and he was beyond helpful. Petition to get Brady a raise should be happening

I was taken care of in a timely fashion. I needed to purchase tickets for a Miami heat game and was worried that I would have to drive over to the stadium or to the school itself to purchase a ticket. But Tyler was able to help me with my purchase.

Did the sale online 3 x" s wouldmt go thru, called the phone #. Couldn't get a rep. Another 20 minutes, finally selected sales and got a rep who put the sale thru manually, and was polite and understanding of my frustration. Sam was awesome. Your automated online system needs desperate help! Or at least give an option to speak to some one!

Overall the buying experience is as quick and easy as any ticketing sales website. The bottom line is that there is a guarantee for my tickets being real
