They are very liars because of the prices they put on their page. After a week I called to find out what happened and they told me that the price changed.
I cancelled an order hours after it was placed - called and filled out a cancel notice -- they confirmed receipt 0- then I get a notice that my cancellation was reversed - they said it was too late and had been shipped -- LIARS! Two days after that I received a shipping notice way after the fact - such bull**** - It wasn't even shipped by them - it was drop shipped by Holley - these people suck -- it's been over a month and still no refund -- BEWARE! I order over $350,000.00 worth of parts for my restoration shop every year -- this iOS my first and last transaction with them

Do NOT order from them. They claim they shipped my item which should have been over 50 lbs. The shipment states package was only 7 lbs. and this was after we requested a refund then all the sudden we were supplied a tracking number weeks later. Never received package. Won't refund money. THIEVES!

Don't waist your money and time buying from this website, they have Alota things listed on fthe websites that's discounted or not in stock any more. They will take your money ans hold it for a month for no reason …. What a joke and they customer service is. Joke

My ex-wife was helped by a staff member to select the rims for my daughters birthday. The rims were delivered to the wrong house, I am willing to say that is the only thing that is not their fault, but it was a sign of things to come. When we tried one of the rims, it was the wrong size. Starting the process to return the rims was a headache, but after a few weeks, I was able to send them back, at my own expense. With the discount to have the tires mailed to me, it was $100.00. Without the discount it cost me $400.00 to send them back. They were sent back 01/12/2024 and they confirmed they got them. 3 of the rims were never taken out of the box and I still haven't received a refund. If I get a refund, I am out $500.00, no rims and my daughter doesn't get her birthday present. I will never use Vivid racing again.

Our website is not able to sort wheels based on year, make and model as research must be done to confirm the correct size, bolt pattern and offset needed. We show the return was just received on the 16th and is pending refund as the wheels were inspected first and are good. Ordered a part Nov 2. Never received a confirmation. Fast forward to Dec 24, and received a confirmation. Two months later! I had ordered the part elsewhere in the interim. The part was delivered and I have attempted to return it. Multiple emails back and forth just to get an address and inquire how they want it shipped (UPS, etc.) and still have not received answers to these questions - it's like pulling teeth. Add to that a restocking fee. Crap business. Crap customer service.
I called and spoke with Austin about my quote and asked for a shipping date! I was told my order would ship out on Friday 12/22/23! I called back on 12/22 to make sure order would ship. Austin said he checked and it was definitely scheduled to ship 12/22! On 12/26 I still had no tracking number and was told by Austin, he was unaware that manufacturer was closed on 12/22 and therefore would ship out on 12/26 instead! Even though he said he checked with manufacturer on 12/22 and was told they would ship that day, now tells me they were closed the day he checked with them! I cancelled order as I do not like to deal with dishonest individuals! This may or may not be on the company.
Hello, we apologize for the delays, after looking into this, the wheels have to be custom drilled and made before shipping out. Some items (including custom wheels) will have build times.
They list items for sale, you order it and pay extra for rapid shipping... they immediately withdraw money out of your account. Then, when the day its suppose to arrive based on 2 day shipping comes and still no item, you have to call them 4 times in order for them to inform you that that item isn't available, and they have no idea when it will be...further more, they then take 7 days to return your $300+ that took them 7 sec to takenoyt of your account.
None of which are qualities of a reputable company, especially a web based company...
Never again.
Hello, we apologize for this inconvenience, as for the refunds, this can take approx. 7 business days depending on the bank once an order is cancelled.
I purchased a j-tube for a turbo i had previously purchased from them after several weeks to finally receive the item I realized they had charged my credit card twice for the item 9/20/2023 and 10/03/2023 for $159.00 both times.
I called ant talked to Brett and sent him copies of my credit card statement, I called him approximately called him 20 times over the 2 months each time saying he would take care of it and call me back not once did I receive a call from him.
On 12/15/2023 I was finally able to talk to a manager Kelly Herring which I also sent him the documents on 12/******* he emailed me that they only charged me once and there was nothing they could do.(even after seeing the proof that they charged me twice)
I ordered 11/ 20/23 4 rims on deskription was shiping 7-10 days, got first email estimate shipping 12/16/23. After one month 12/20/23. I got second email estimate shipping 01/19/24.try to do a conversation about my order explaining my situation the guy lysen then put me on the hold and never came back. Do nut wayst time here just by from somebody else.

Never order anything from them paid 115.for a part they sent me wrong part. Been back and forth with them them trying to get the correct part.i sent part back Now they said that that they only going to refund me 78$ back it's been over a month still haven't even gotten that money yet

It's been 7 months since I ordered an exhaust pipe.about 4 months ago I got the notification that it had been shipped. (I think it was out of stock) it said delivered. The picture that it was delivered to was not my home. I contacted vivid. It took 3 to 4 months to tell me the carrier denied it and said it had been delivered with a receipt. Ya I'm sure but not to my address. They did very little to help me get my product that I spent 400 dollars on, Do NOT order from vivid racing. Such a crap show.

The worst company to buy anything from. And i saw someone else saying they had waited for a year just to get there parts so i decided to give it a try even with there website say instock whicj is a lie. I've waited for over a year for my item I had bought from vivid racing and I still haven't received it and because of that I called them to get a refund I waited over a week to get even a email about my refund and I never received it so I called them again and made a bigger deal of the entire thing. Hopefully now I'll get my refund but the company is really $#*!ty if you want part for your car. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Save your money and go somewhere else and buy and not only that but you'll save yourself a headache and grief.
If your looking for a good performance alternative to the OEM Brembo rotors for the Civic (FK8) these are definitely it. I have mine pair with some Hawks HP 5.0s for pads aswell.
Been having good normal & spirited drives with these and haven't experienced any issues and are super responsive.
Vivid also shipped these out super quick, with them taking like 2 days to get here, so i was pleasantly surprised and excited when they got here so quick :)

Ordered window glass for my chevelle. Waited almost a year, finally realized I was being bent over, cancelled my order. Now it's been 4 months with no refund. Every good review is a lie. Don't pull that trigger!
They already send me the same hood twice damage on delivery plus my car had been in the shop for about three months without a hood. Just to be honest I'm so not happy with the customer service also nothing gets done right when you call and you give them your order number. This has been the WORST purchasing experience of my entire automotive career. Attempted to order a part that was "in stock". Got an email that it's unavailable - OK no big deal. Paid via credit card online. No charges or pending charges showing at that time so I thought nothing of it. 3 weeks go by, I show charges posted to my credit card. I have been calling, emailing every day now for 3 weeks and I have been getting told every excuse in the book and been hung up on multiple times. This is a FRAUDULENT OPERATION and you do not want to give these people your credit card information. This is the most embarrassing customer service I have ever received and I will spread my message everywhere until they get this issue resolved!
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.

Answer: You can eventually get a customer service rep but they won't do anything. They lie.
