I placed an order prior to leaving the country expecting to get the shipment in the timely 3-6 business days. I called to check the status of my order and was told "oh we didn't have them in stock so we had to order them from somewhere else, we just got it". I was never made aware that they were out of stock while placing my order. The customer service rep I spoke told told me it was written in the descriptions of the contacts I ordered that they would be ordered from a third party, I checked and it is not. I was also told that I had been sent an email to explain the situation, I did not receive anything. Be cautious when ordering something that you need by a certain date you might be surprised and informed that it needs to be ordered from a third party. No efforts were made by the rep to rectify the situation after telling her I was leaving the country and absolutely needed them as soon as possible. Pretty sad considering I'm a daily contact lens wearer and would be purchasing at least 4 times a year.
