It always takes a bit too long to get the lenses. It takes for them about 2-3 days to actually send them instead of just sending them in 24 hours, specially to costumers who have already bought from them before... It would be awesome if they were faster sending the order...

Ok so I order contacts through another site at first and the service was terrible. Vision pros has outstanding service and the contact were delivered in a timely fashion. I am very very happy eith vision works!

My exact prescription was unavailable so had to choose next available - and those were not in stock so had to wait longer to get items. I would not have paid extra to ship faster if I knew there would be a delay in getting stock to begin with.
