Fast and easy. I like that the order doesn't get delayed to double check prescriptions with the doctor. I think that this process wastes time, especially when people know what their eyeglasses or contact prescription and have one in their possession.

I was leaving for vacation soon and needed my monthly night-and-day contacts renewed fast. I placed my order and requested express shipping. I called in to verify that my order would arrive before I left on my trip, and I was told by customer service that the contacts for one eye were out of stock and would be shipping later. Without me even asking, they sent me a trial pair of contacts for the eye that was out of stock so I could leave for my vacation without stressing about my backup glasses. Superior customer service!
