Once I got the login problem over with - it was very simple to order my contacts...just had to feel in the strength, as I was a returning customer.
I like the price, and I don't mind the insurance charge - but, I feel the Shipping charge is a bit high - perhaps, that because they are coming from Canada - but, 13.95 is a bit high...since I had to wait months before I could order my contacts - been unemployed for almost 2 years now - you save up for the lens themselves - that high shipping cost hurt.

Love that i dont need a prescription
Goodd overall,happy with lenses and service, but shipping costs are high; package was not sent Priority mail as charged, but sent First Class, instead. They only give the Priority Mail option, but ship the cheaper First Class. Go figure.

Considering that I didn't have a new prescription yet, (I ran out before my appointment next month). They did pretty good. Price is a little higher than all others, but if you need something in a hurry and don't have anything for another month or two, then I would suggest these guys. All others wanted to "confirm" my prescription. Kinda hard when you won't have another one for awhile.
It was safe and secure, informative and most of all easy!
