I was charged for lenses that I did not receive. Missing 12 lenses even though I was charged for them. Will be filing a claim and blocking the credit card charge.

First time ordering contacts off line without a current prescription. I chose a brand and type that was similar to the last brand I had but not exact. Bit of a gamble but can't afford a new eye exam right now.
Second day wearing the new lense and its higher quality and better focus than the original lense ive been wearing. I will definitely reorder in the future

Had an old prescription which i have been using for 5 years. Moved back to the united states from japan. I tried using the same prescription on the site i usually use and it required a new prescription. This site does not and i am truly grateful for that.
