Great website layout
Site is a bit slow and should have a bit more discount beside free shipping for return customers. Others is great.
I would have liked to have gotten a receipt of goods purchased, so that i could have submitted it for some reinbursement of my VSP insurance, without it I pay the whole thing.

This is the second time I've ordered. Great prices, expedient delivery, user friendly website.
The purchase part was nice and easy.
I noticed the package had to be signed for, so I was quite surprised to see the status was changed to 'delivered' while I was at work. Turned out the Canada Post interpretation of 'signed for' apparently means that the post guy can sign for it. The worst thing was that he/she had not signed his/her own name, but fraudulently 'signed' with my name.
Fast and easy
The shipping prices are way ridiculous and it took a while for them to be shipped. But I like the simplicity of ordering.
