Sometimes the lenses I receive are warped. I don't like having to get insurance for a product that should be sent in proper condition. Insurance should only be for shipping, not for defective products.

I was disappointed that it took more than a week for my contacts to arrive, especially since your shipping is usually very fast. I called customer service twice to find out if my contacts had been shipped/were going to be shipped soon, because the online tracking service said that they were "preparing for shipment" for multiple days. The woman who took my calls was very vague about where the contacts were and when they would be sent out. I'm usually very impressed by your shipping and service, so this was really disappointing. I will probably look elsewhere next time I'm running low on contacts.
