I left 2 messages with my eye doctor and didn't get a return call. I was going away and needed lenses asap. I placed my order and then heard back from my doctor so I had to cancel my order with you. The lady I spoke to cancelled my order for me, but I will order from you the next time. I received excellent and friendly service and am so happy with you and the way you helped me.

Not sure about that change of currency fee that should be known to customers before purchase

I really needed to get new contacts and was able to find my exact prescription on VisionPros which was a huge relief

Well when i accidentially ordered the wrong prescription for my contact lenses,, it has been very difficult to get the correct prescription sent back to me. I have now sent them back to you by Fedex and am now waiting for the correct prescription to come to me. Very frusteratng that I couldn't get the correct lenses until I sent the other ones back.
