...I inadvertently missed the coupon code as it as in my junk mail but immediately contacted VPro once I noticed it...a bit disappointed that the coupon wasn't fully honoured given I was well within the terms of the offer...only difference is that I had already ordered...CSR provided the option in my next order to apply a credit of $20.00...that is appreciated but the offer, in my opinion, should've been applied to my existing order...

I can understand that the contacts were on back order. However i was told they would be shipped out on April 1st, which they were not. Then kept getting a email if I had received my shipment, yet they hadn't been shipped. Doesn't look like you guys have your act together on knowing where your product is and when iit will be shipped.
