User friendly. Hoping the color will cover brown well. It did not cover Brown at all. Very unhappy about the false claims that it would. When I called customer service to return the contacts I was told that I couldn't because I had opened one box to look at the contact, even though I didn't open the contact but because the box it came in was opened. The only good thing was the customer service rep offered me a different brand of color at a 15% discount. It was still very expensive because I only get 2 per box. So I went ahead and ordered the new expensive contacts and tried the lightly colored contacts that I had received and they not only didn't even come close to covering my Brown eyes but they were also uncomfortable and I could not see very well with them on.
