I am a repeat customer and I highly recommend visionpros.com.

I accidentally ordered the wrong power on one eye and can't use them. You guarantee that if the customer is not satisfied you will take the contacts back, but when I asked to return the ones I ordered by mistake, I was told they could not be returned...kind of a double standard. I re-ordered the proper lenses and look forward to receiving them, but I am out the price for the first ones.not so happy about that.

Overall pretty satisfied with everything. Would liked a slightly more speedy shipment. However, pleased with the product and friendly service.

Great ordering experience. Easy as can be. The only issue is that the contacts are expired by 5 months but still work fine. I would order from Visionpros again..

I found the ordering process very easy, and was happy with the delivery time. I used to wait two weeks with another company before receiving my order for contact lenses.

Wrong right eye lenses shipped. Returned and ordered correct lenses. No problem, it was my fault. However, the cost of shipping is out of line. I ship many items via eBay sales and I am familiar with shipping costs.
