Great job, Katherine! Still, I mistakenly ordered the wrong power for my right eye. It should have been the same power as my left eye, -3.75. Your exchange policy is that any box that has been open cannot be exchanged, and only at half price, if it has not been opened. This policy, regardless of your great customer service is disappointing. The manufacturer should make at least a one time exchange allowance per customer for any missed orders. I was hoping to be a lifelong customer.
