Great transaction
Delivery time was longer than what I thought it would be. The colored contacts that I ordered are not true to color. I ordered chestnut brown and the contacts look grey on my eyes. I will not order from this company again.

Exactly what I expected
The brand I had always gone with was discontinued (Focus Monthly Softcolors) so I tried their recommended brand, Air Optix Aqua. My eyes were very dry and scratchy and sore after 4 hours. I wanted some kind of customer help, only to be told that I didn't have a prescription for that brand, so there was nothing they would do. I believed the prescription I had with the power, etc. was enough--there was no brand on the prescription. I am writing a letter to the company as I am on disability and don't have the money to waste on useless products or to pay yet again for a different product. I will not be ordering from Vision Pros again.

Why not just have an ongoing percentage off on orders over $100 and free shipping instead of all these different coupon codes? Two days after I placed my order I received a better sales promotion and a few days later, an even better Thanksgiving sale.
My order was delayed in shipping due to a back-order, which is understandable but very disappointing because I wanted to bring them for my holidays.
