I am impressed by their service. They are fast and reliable. The lady processed my visa within estimated time and treated me so well that I slept tension free by handing over all necessary documents to them.
They have always helped me in getting the visa in time. There were no issues or delay in getting my document work and the visa and the employees were very cooperative in handling my queries and processing my application. My vacations went well and it's all thanks visa-vietnam.org.
Hoai nam was super helpful with his detailed checklist of requirement and even met me twice on weekends for the drop/pickup. It was fun chatting with him about my upcoming Vietnam trip and learning visas are now good for many years. Hoai nam is really helpful.! Thanks!
Hoai Nam called me back within 10 minutes of my initial massage. Even though i didn't end using his services (trough no fault of his), he gave me great travel advice and was super helpful. I'll be calling now Visa-vietnam.org for my next vacation.! Thanks Hai Nam!
They seemed like a helpful company but after waiting a few days and emailing and not getting any response, received an email that said they would not be able to help with our trip b/c they were too busy.! Good luck if you decided to use them, but have a backup plan in case they decided to flake on you!
This was my third time getting a Vietnam visa their help, and every time i got my visa on time. This time, because of some complication, I asked them to hold my application after i mailed my application. No problems. They help it almost three weeks. When things cleared up, I asked them to process my application, and my 10-year business visa was delivered earlier than scheduled. Always business reliable and kept me posted. Highly recommend them
Needed a travel visa to Vietnam within 10 hours till departure and Visa-Vietnam.org came through. I can't say enough about how Visa-Vietnam saved my vacation. I would recommended them.
Certainly Visa-Vietnam.org are one of those rare companies, what they promise they deliver. Their staff is very friendly, and quick responding. I completely neglected to remember my overstay in Vietnam, and their staff helped me in saving from a big trouble, I highly recommend not only for their extremely professional services but also their friendly behaviour, their services are like exactly what the doctor ordered. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended, if you are not visiting Vietnam, let your friends know about them :)
