I have Ordered "HP OfficeJet 4650 Wireless All-in-One Photo Printer with Mobile Printing". Everything was easy from order placing to delivery. Recommended.

They have very good pricing, fast shipping and great customer care service. Product reached faster than expected. Definitely I will buy again.

I ordered something from Walmart.com that was handled through this vendor. I then had to return it after finding out I needed a different color. It took 3 weeks to get a refund and this is only after calling Walmart to help. They lie about having done things such as reissuing a refund, they don't answer their phone -- not even for Walmart -- they don't email/follow up when they say they will, they still charge a 15% "restocking fee" even if you return something unused, and the refund could take weeks longer than they say. Thank goodness Walmart intervened and issued me a refund separately. It had been a week since the unused item I returned was delivered and I still hadn't seen a refund despite them telling me one had been issued. Walmart confirmed they hadn't even issued it, they completely lied.

Virventures is a HORRIBLE company and anyone who deals with them will be taken advantage of just like me. I ordered a tuner from them not knowing that it had an amp together with the tuner. I found this out the next day after ordering it. I tried to get in touch with them to cancel the order the day I found out that I could not use the product. They disregarded my request. So the day after that I talked to Walmart because they were a 3rd party vendor of theirs to see if they could help me but they ignored their messages as well. They send me the product that they know I could not use on purpose because the next day after I sent it back they sent me an email stating that they were going to take 15% of my refund because I refused the delivery. They did not finish processing my order for 4 days. If they never received my emails, how were they able to email and tell me they were going to withhold 15% of my refund. They are a HORRIBLE company and consumers BEWARE when dealing with them.

DO NOT waste your time with this business, HORRIBLE! Ordered a rug from them, shipped me the wrong size when I called to complain they were completely incompetent and said they would email me back, which they did BUT they wouldn't send me the rug size I ordered and better yet just wanted me to keep the one I didn't want or order and refund me HALF of my money even though i'm not the one who screwed up. SOOOO I'm out the rug I wanted, stuck with a stupid runner I didn't order and best of all OUT HALF OF WHAT I PAID, Now that makes sense doesn't it? Greeat customer service. NOT! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I purchased a bed on Amazon, which they were the seller. Upon receipt of the bed i discovered the product was damaged. Here we are three weeks later and I still have not received a return bill of lading or my refund. I've emailed everyone from the CEO of Amazon to the senior manager. I've contacted the consumer affairs division who advised me to file a complaint. First, if you thinking of buying any product from this company or another company who uses them as a third party-DONT. If you are one of the unlucky ones who have had the misfortune of dealing with them. I can only offer my my 2 cents. Make sure you document everything. I encourage you to download the refund policy and customer guarantee. This company will give you the run around, don't be discouraged. Once you have sufficient documentation contact your credit card company and file a dispute. Then let you CC company take it from there.

Wrong Item Received... Not Even Walmart Customer Service will help. I don't even think I will return it now, probably won't ever see my money. Will sell it on Craigslist before they get it back and resell it without ever thinking about giving me my money back! Scum of the earth! Don't Order from them!
Attorney General will hear from me, everyone else do the same. Get the scum shut down!

I am totally disgusted with Walmart.com for dealing with Vir Ventures, especially after reading all these dissatisfied customers. Walmart should drop them from the list of companies they deal with if they care at all about their customers. I ordered something from Walmart not noticing it was through this awful company. UPS delivered it on 12/6 but it was only found on 1/8 because they left it in my back yard where I only saw it because I had someone shoveling back there. Needless to say, the box was damaged severely for having been left out to the elements for so long. UPS told me they do not replace boxes. This is a 28 lb package and needs to be sent to OK. UPS will not tell me how they resolved this with VirVentures and Vir Ventures will not discuss the results with me either. Not getting any help from either UPS or Vir Ventures, I will be dealing with BBB and see if they can help. The package needs to be returned as it, to my knowledge had not been delivered before Christmas. Neither UPS nor VV will assume responsibility to pay the delivery charges. Advice... beware of damaged packages delivered by UPS and do not order from outside companies through Walmart.
