I want to return my sweatshirt and no one will reply to my emails and calls. And the chat online doesn't work!

Very disappointed! I ordered a shirt from your Facebook page as a gift, received a shirt with very different sports teams names on it. Then I received a email from your company ViralStyle stating that I could not exchange the shirt for the correct shirt that I ordered. I would not recommend purchasing from this company!

Not much to say. I saw it. I ordered it. It arrived. It was exactly what I wanted. Doesn't get much better than that!

Everything was easy to purchase. The selection was excellent. The style was very unique, and the prices were fairly reasonable. I would definately shop there again.

I purchased 3 bras in XL. They are so not sized right. They are so small a 4 year old would fit into them.
Very disappointed. Have to return them.
Help me to do that. Do I need an RMA number?

I love this, when product came it was exactly as shown. Perfect size and color. Very satisfied and will order more products in the future.

The shirt was stiff and itchy. The cheap kind you can buy for $1.50 in bulk. Took a long time to print and process. I won't be purchasing again.

I ordered one design and they sent another. Still waiting on resolution. This was supposed to be a gift so I'm obviously disappointed. Also the shirt is of poor quality for the money I paid.

The shirt design is not centered. The shirt looks perpetually crooked. There is an ink stain in the armpit. It gives the appearance that the shirt is dirty and stained. The shirt is not wearable.

I chose two styles of sweatshirts; one hoodie. They are both so soft and the sizes are correct. With that said, the hoodie is an XL and the sweatshirt is a L. The only minor issue, is the print is the same size; so the print looks a little small on the XL. But still looks great!

I was informed after ordering it wouldn't get here until after thanksgiving so I changed the size of one of my items. They took care of it and it got here anyway

They were deceptive: asking me to send a photo of the item, since they had no records. They were cynical: saying that the photo showed no damage to the item, so the matter was closed. They were inconsiderate by not replying to my offer that they could just exchange the sweatshirt for a less expensive t-shirt and keep the extra cost difference. Just a putrid experience.

I ordered a T shirt for my husband and put the wrong zip code on the order. I emailed several days later to change it and it was corrected by the company almost immediately! Got the T shirt and it's perfect. Will order again from this company.

It's a super comfortable sweater and is just like the picture. I was really happy with the easy transaction how quick I recieved my product.

Love my high school T-shirt. It brings back great memories of my time there and the friends I made. I miss all of the good times I had there.

Shirt is fine but seems to run really small. This looks like a shirt for a child, not an adult female.

Sent a T-shirt I did not ask for. Medium size is huge! No documentation with the order to return. Disaster!

The shirt was everything I wanted it to be and it was good timing in delivery, the fabric is on point as well, the shirt isn't too thick or too thin.

Sweatshirt fits nice and looks good. I like the quality of the sweatshirt. I would like to order some more of these sweatshirts
