Ordered 1 Medium Royal and 1 Large Royal. Got two Large Royal. What is the remedy?

They were very helpful on the internet. Shirt could have been just a little better quality but it is a good name. And I wanted this unique shirt

I received my shirt when they said I would I am very happy with that I will probably use them again I still have some other things coming

We love the end results but took a long time from order to delivery. Perhaps the printing should have started as soon as order received

The ink was very light. Did not look like the picture. The ink looked like the shirt had been washed several times.

The actual silkscreen is very dull and faded looking. It's not even close to the vivid colors that are shown when ordering. I bought this shirt for a gift. I would be embarrassed to give someone this shirt.

Our order was incorrect. We called 3 times and emailed twice. Have not heard from anyone. These were Christmas presents. Ordered 3 black sweatshirts. 2 extra large & 1 double xl. Got an extra lg & 1 double lg & 1 tee shirt. Need a black extra lg for Christmas. Sorry but your Customer service is not there!

I was please with the speed of my order and find the product in good order. I don't wish to go into a long chatty discussion on this.

The ring and necklace both were very disappointing. The timeframe in which to return is awful unless you're not out of town and are waiting by your mailbox for the item just to be able to return it and even then only certain items can be returned if you make the deadline in time.

I ordered this item because its design was unique and a perfect gift for my tia. However once the shirt arrived the printing was extremely faded already and not like the vibrant design on the example photo. Will not be purchasing from this website again.

Thougt lettering would be bigger and Cincinnati was spelled wrong. It was spelled cinccinnati. This is a Christmas gift so I figured it is to late to get it corrected. Can I get a refund?

I was very disappointed in the quality of my shirt. The shirt is supposed to be white, but looks for like a dingy cream color. The design is very faded. Looks like it has been washed several times. I've emailed the company and have not heard anything back from them after two attempts. This experience will not allow me to purchase anything else from this company.

Very dissatisfied, if you purchase something you should not have to wait until so many are sold. I was counting on this as a gift, still haven't received it, its still sitting in Orlando according to tracking.

Shirt in Facebook add looked like the shirts had sequins. It is a screen print. Very disappointed. I feel I was taken advantage of. By misrepresenting how the shirt looked in the ad. Want to return it. But of course there is no return information with this ugly horrible shirt.
