While checking out I was offered the chance to purchase another shirt for a reduced price. I took the oppturnity. The order was canceled the next day. Not sure I understand the reasoning either for the offer or the cancelation.

I ordered the item a while ago (Dec 12), received an email that it was shipped (Dec 14) but no way to track it. Yesterday I just received notification from my inquiry to the USPS that it should be delivered by Mon? What was the hold up and they should show tracking as soon as it is shipped and recorded. I cannot give any other rating seeing I have not even received the item yet!
The shirts I ordered are very poor quality compared to what was pictured. Also, they advertise a 10% off two or more discount that they do not honor.
A label was created on 12/14 for it but there was NO movement until 12/20, now it's not

I ordered a shirt on 12/10/18. It apparently was not even shipped until 12/20 so I will not have it in time to give as a gift (needed it by 12/22). Can't comment on product quality but poor customer service.
The printing is so ugly us not the same you posted online I don't like it and for that price is to much definite I don't like
I ordered 6 shirts for Christmas presents. I ordered them around first of month and have not received any shirts. I am going to Christmas party tomorrow night and do not have the gift I ordered for my nephew.
I placed an order for two t-shirts and one mug. I received the shirts on the date listed (12/18/18) but I am still waiting on the mug.
I saw this shirt advertised on Facebook (maybe that's where I made my first mistake) the design was amazing and perfect for what my son is into so I knew it would be the perfect Christmas gift for him. So I ordered it... printing took longer than expected. I ordered it in november and it didn't print til Dec 4. Shipped Dec 16 arrived Dec 20 (arrived before Christmas so plus 1 rating) I opened it and instantly was disappointed and let down. I paid $50 for a hoodie that has a faded design that looks like it sat in the sun for years. The colors are dull and not vibrant at all. There is no back ground color splash like the item I ordered. Overall I am just very disappointed that I paid $50 for a $10 sweatshirt and a design that isn't even what is promised. If the photo would have been crap quality like the product at least I would know that I got literally what I paid for but sadly that is not the case. After researching ViralStyle (a day late and $50 short) this seems to be their norm. They do not provide the products they promote and advertise... it's not exactly false advertisement but it is misleading. I will not order from there again nor will I recommend anyone use them.
I got one email saying they were making the shirt I ordered... Making it? No where on the site said it had to be printed and then shipped. It has been 15 days, no product in the mail and no emails following up sating it has been shipped. Just this 2nd email asking me to rate my experience. Well phooey, you have ruined a christmas present for my love. So thanks for that.
I expected a better quality of shirt & the stamp on T-shirt was terrible. I wouldn't let my dog wear it. That is why I never order anything on line cause I am always disappointed. Got them for my grandsons who live in Texas. I thought they would enjoy KC teams NOT!
I was hesitant but the process was easy and the T-shirt's arrived right in time for Christmas. Correspondence throughout the process of printing and shipping was timely and helpful- great gift for my sports fans!

The shirt I ordered is not at all what was advertised. It's missing colors, detail and actual printing all together. When I reached out to customer service to fix the issue they won't respond. I've tried email, live chat and phone. No response. I resorted to social media. They deleted my comment and blocked me. I am refusing the charge through PayPal. Would not recommend this site to anyone!
I waited a month for this gift to arrive, and when it did it was broken! Poorly packed, insufficient padding.
