Terrible. To Avoid. Negative stars. Dont waste your time with this app. No way to messgae buyer or seller before purchasing. No stock photos. Return policy at your own expense. They block your listings without verification. Always have to email them for them to see they messed up. Customer service is careless and doesn't even read. Feels like you're dealing with useless robots.

Parcel not delivered
Was entitled to refund but altho i did not press 'all ok' key i went thro to report my complaint. It then asked me to confirm which i did assuming i was confirming my complaint. Vinted have read that i confirmed delivery so no refund.
I have contested and reported but customer service appallling. As i am 82 and got cancer i am not doing anymore dialogue but referring to Trading Standards. It is not money but ethics.

Waste your time and clobber on Vinted. Useless Customer Service. Scammers will buy your item and want to keep it for free with false claims of 'not as described'. Vinted would force seller to accept the return in 2 days otherwise refund the buyer. If return is accepted, buyer will damage the item before returning and Vinted would refund the buyer anyway even when the damage would be reported. Complete scam.
I wish I could rate this company 0. I purchased a dress from a seller, that due to it arriving after the date expected was returned to sender. No problem at all, I have had this happen with other items and the seller have marked it as returned and returned my payment.
Not this time. Scammer seller named Florencebm on Vinted has refused to refund me despite confirming she has recieved the dress back (which she can now resell for more money).
Contacted Vinted expecting this to be resolved, and they have told me there's nothing they can do. They have stolen my money and allowed the Scammer to keep their account active!
As someone who works in Customer Experience this is the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I will be escalating this matter in due course.

No customer support or interest in talking with the users. They blocked my account saying I have multiple accounts and I am a scam (I am not, what a surprise).
Please steer clear of this company. They are a bunch of scammers. My daughter bought clothes for 70 euros, a significant expense for her. Unfortunately, the package never arrived and was sent back to the sender. The sender never received it, and at first, they my daughter was ok because she had paid extra for customer protection (she was sure she will get the money back). However, after a few days with no package and no refund, my daughter was heartbroken. She's only 14, so on behalf of her I have contacted the customer service.
What a joke that turned out to be. I had provide them with the tracking number and my daughter's transaction details. At first, they couldn't locate the transaction. Ok, weird. They asked for a link to the seller, and I sent that as well. But then they claimed they couldn't find it in their system. When I sent them all the screenshots from my daughter's account, the conversations with the seller, the tracking links, and even screenshots from the advertisements and the seller's profile, they had the guts to say the photos were too small! I couldn't help my frustration and provided them with a basic guide on using zoom options and created a PowerPoint presentation from the screenshots. It's simply ridiculous. They have the shipment number, and yet they can't track the package? STAY AWAY from this company and please ensure your children do too.
Exactly as per the title. How dare Vinted let honest buyers be left out of pocket when faced with dishonest sellers. This is outrageous. Again, big companies against little people and we lose. It's time for change.

Absolute joke of a company. Still now haven't received my item and the tracking information is still on there for proof saying it hasn't been delivered. Yet there's nothing Vinted can do. SHOCKING do not recommend at all. Pictures to follow of how poorly they handle customer service.
My parcel shipped on 12th October and now 2nd of November Vinted say wait another day refund my money that's the honourable thing to do it seems customer service is not fit for purpose Vinted is broken
The first time I used Vinted and the courier company damaged my item. The buyer confirmed to Vinted that it was packed according the rules on their website but Vinted somehow decided that it wasn't (of course they don't want to compensate me anything). So, I lost my parcel, I lost my money and Vinted just says "sorry". Unbelievable! Never I will use Vinted again and will not recommend it to anyone! Disgusting company
I ordered a new mihael kors backpack, payed a full amount plus a buyers protection and received a message from DHL in a week that an order is delivered. I checked the same day and there was no parcel fem the carrier. Next day I checked with the security at my building and my neighbors where all the parcels arrive and they confirmed there was no courier that day from DHL. They also checked their records and cameras with me and truly there was no one from DHL on that day, but DHL already send me an email that this parcel is delivered. So I sent a message to Vinted support who were investigating for 2 weeks and finally here I am without the package and without 110 euros from my pocket. Just be sure that paying as called buyers protection do not basically protect you from anything since Vinted will never take your side and will take your money and buyers protection fee but will never admit your parcel was lost or delivered to a wrong place. Support wasn't really helpful and never consider my request truly, so be prepared that you may simply lose your money with this application! Scamers!
Vinted payment program does not always work so if you want the item you have to pay for it twice. I have been waiting 10 business days now to get my money back, 36.99 euros. They keep procrastenating it. I was told 5 days, then 10 days, now 15 business days. I believe Vinted is going to keep the money. Annoying and unnecessary stress. Buyer can cancel after receiving hundreds of dollars of items and you are left unpaid and they get free items. Nothing you can do to get your money or items back.
Created a Vinted account. Placed 1 authentic Louis Vuitton bag, system asked to ad more to get a change to get noticed and for your sales to go up. I Added 3 more authentic bags and 2 Christian Louboutin shoes with detailed photo's as proof of authenticity. My account was definitely blocked by Vinted with a message from Vinted that my items 'seem' fake. I emailed them, they requested for more detailed photo's, one photo with my Vinted name written on paper in the photo per item. I've send them 135 detailed photos in total. As response I got the same email with the same requests (written in slightly different way). I send the info again and again for over 8 times. Vinted is never a real person, no company info, no name of the 'person' who emails with you, noting. All issues are addressed by an automated system. They never resolve your issue and block your account for no reason. Vinted is a fraud and frustrated to begin with. I've created an account at REBBELE and have some minor problems setting up my profile. The customer service is very good, you email with a real agent (full name) and all company info. Verg professional. The system rejected my price and now REBELLE agent manualy changed it. I highly recommend REBELLE. At this point I am so happy that I realy get a chance to sell my stuff because that is what these companies stand for, REBELLE does what they say…they sincerely help you. On the other hand NEVER do business with Vinted. Waste of your time, take it from me ;)
I don't recommend this application. Sellers are not supported enough. Buyer can skip to collect the items and you will wait 15 days to get back your parcel and lost on top other potentials buyes because of useless buyers. Shameful service!
I don't know how it is from a buying standpoint, but from a seller's perspective this is the WORST site I have ever attempted to sell on. I listed a bunch of old books, t-shirts, and flannels, excited to make a few bucks from the old stuff in my closet. Within an hour, ALL of them were flagged as "inauthentic." These were not big brands or replica items. They were generic items from Forever 21 and American Eagle. Because I couldn't show receipts, Vinted banned my account without any explanation. I was unable to ever get ahold of a real representative. What kind of a company treats people who want to sell on their site like this?
Updating this to add that I was finally able to speak to a real person, and they were snarky, harsh, and belittling and refused to tell me why my items were "inauthentic." They also refused to delete my account and BANK INFORMATION from their platform.
Full of scammers selling counterfeit items, users offering 20% of the price you ask for, customer service pathetic, and now they lost a package I sold for 278€ but they literally said don't worry we'll give you 12.50€ instead
Answer: Well you can't. You need to do your homework when asking questions to a seller. Request additional pictures too. The seller never has access to your money until you "receive" and accept the items. So if you get a designer item you have questions about take it to your nearest high-end consignment. If you find the item is not real simply let CS know under the accepting. Tell them what the problem is. More likely than not you will get a return request label. Just send it back and all your money if refunded. On Poshmark all items over $500 are automatically sent to a Posh center to be authenticated before its sent to you. The best way to know your getting the real deal is buy from again a local high-end consignment or an online that specializes in only a few brands rather than any. It takes a lot of training to become an expert on authentication.
