Items are custom-made after being ordered. I visited the website several times and never noticed any indication that this was the case. I'm sure it is stated somewhere, but it should be very obvious. My items were Christmas gifts, and they didn't arrive until December 28 (order was placed on December 11, which seemed like it would be adequate to receive by Christmas).

The process was easy. The wait was a little longer than what the site mentioned. Got a little nervous because it was a Christmas gift. The sweatshirt got there just in time and WOW! So worth the wait! I bought the 1945 Clemson Tigers Raglan Crew neck. My nephew who is a diehard Clemson fan, got so excited! A shirt that he didn't have in his collection! Made Christmas fun!
