We ordered a variety of items. All were sent in one package which cut down on shipping materials as well as number of packages. Products are very well made and exactly as described.
Love the hoodies, best fabric and great designs. Was a little slow to ship, but in fairness it was December, but the moment I reached out I had my package the next day. We'll before Christmas. Overall I would strongly recommend. The customer service was excellent and the product even better.

Shipping took a little longer than what one might expect because they custom print designs, so just be prepared for that. As long as you order with plenty of time, you should be good. I'm very happy with the product, the printing looks really good and the tumbler looks exactly as expected based on what the website showed.
