Very pleased with the quality and authentic look of the sweatshirt I purchased for my boyfriend for Christmas. The price was right too. The only reason I give it 4 stars is it took a lot longer to get than I anticipated. Ordered early for Christmas so it wasn't a problem but if I had bought it 2 weeks later, not sure it would have got here in time. Will be using this store again for gifts in the future.

The quality of the print on the shirts is absolutely amateur work. Returns are only available if there's a manufacture is a defect. I was offered an exchange of the items for some thing of equal or lesser value. If they are of equal or lesser (I can't imagine worse than this) value and of the same quality. I'm going to have to say I am not interested. The company will receive a one star review from me on Google reviews. I am going to recommend that patrons and customers know that these are vinyl transfers used with a heat press. They are not silk screened. My coworker makes better shirts than these while working out of her craft room at home.
The return policy is archaic and needs to be revamped. It is unfair for people, some of us single mothers and teachers who make a disgustingly low salary, to not be able to return something that has not met high standards when almost every other business on the planet allows it. It's a horrible practice.
The work of the company is an embarrassment and should not only be ashamed of that, but also the way the way treat customers are treated. I am extremely embarrassed to give these as Christmas gifts. I would not every recommend this product or company to anyone. Buyer beware.

Great! I like finding items that are different than what others will be wearing. This is a unique design on a sweatshirt that I hadn't seen anywhere else.
It was fine. But had a hard time placing the order because of where you have the zip code box when putting in credit card information.
Your system is hard to check out of without getting error messages. You have the zip code in a weird place when putting in credit card info. But anyway.

Shopping was easy, and products were as described. The only issue was how long between ordering and receiving my package. With little communication. I ended up contacting them to find out why it had not shipped yet. And then it shipped as if they'd forgotten until I asked. Luckily I got it in time for the holidays:-)
