It was easy to order and pay, but delivery took about a week longer than expected, and it wasn't easy to contact customer service to find out what the delay was. It also took customer service 3 days to respond. The products were as expected (good quality), and that's what matters most.

I ordered two weeks ago and it shows still printing, though I was given a 3 day quote until the item ships. No response from their customer service, though I have reached out twice. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but that time has come and gone. Do not order from here!

Second time ordering from company and second time having to email customer service because hadn't received shipping confirmation. Ended up receiving item before Christmas so that was good and my husband loved his sweatshirt. Always have great products but something better the order confirmation and the delivery of the products gets messed up.

Vintage has unique and fun designs at a great price!

Quality of sweatshirt good. One sweatshirt looked smudged to me.

It was ok product not as durable as I seemed it would be. Looks like the print on the shirts will come off in the wash. Didn't come with any washing instructions.

The only negative is that I had to contact you for order status. No shipping communication until I did. You sent a message the next day alerting me the order shipped & would arrive before Xmas. It came on the 26th.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts (hoodies) from your site and I understood that there would be a delay as I ordered them in early December. I could not get any communication on their deliver status till the day they were shipped. Upon arrival I discovered they were just vinyl transfers and not silk screened. Making them look less than polished. Plus they shrunk (they were line dried) and the vinyl wrinkled. Was not happy.

Vintage Brand offers a great selection of products. This is the first time I have purchased items from Vintage Brand. The product I received was a Christmas gift for someone. It was exactly what I ordered and met my expectations. The product was of high quality. My order was placed on December 5 with standard shipping, which was the deadline for delivery by December 24. It was a little nerve-wracking not knowing for certain if I would receive the product before Christmas. However, I was relieved to receive the product about 10 days after the order date. I've never ordered from Vintage Brand outside of the Christmas season, so I don't know if this is a typical delivery time.

The site has very cool merchandise, but the processing and shipping was very slow. The site states that orders ship within 3 days of ordering, but that did not happen. I ordered on Dec 8 and did not receive my product until Dec 26. My order did not ship until Dec 19, so it was not here in time for Christmas. I had to send multiple emails before I received a response from customer service. I understand the holiday order rush, but had I known that I would not have the items by Christmas, I wouldn't have placed the order.

I ordered a hoodie for my UGA grandson on December 15,2023 for Christmas. His family traveled here from Georgia. I've contacted vintage brands and number of times I've never received a response only YOUR ORDER IS BEING PRINTED from the website. It is the 27th of December and still no response and still no shirt. No I'm trying to cancel the order which I will do one way or the other and the website says you can't cancel after two hours, which is totally asinine and wrong.

I am very disappointed that I received my products after the holiday. I placed the order well in advance so I am definitely not 100% satisfied with what I got.

My experience was a very positive one and I will definitely consider using Vintage Brand again and again!
