There is no shipping timeline given when ordering which should have been my first warning sign. I ordered a shirt to wear while coaching my daughter's basketball team. 3 days after ordering I still had not received any shipping information so I asked to cancel the order. I was advised that it was already processing and advised it did not qualify to cancel or for a refund. 30 days later when I still did not have my order I asked for a refund and to cancel the order for the 3rd time and was still told the order did not qualify. My order finally arrived the day after basketball season ended. The quality was good but it took way too long to process. I found it unreasonable that they said my order was already processing on day 3 and could not be cancelled but I still did not receive the order for 30 days. Seems like it easily could have been canceled.

Ordered a hoodie a GREEN Eagles Hoodie on 12/26/23, customer service was terrible, no response in a timely matter, wrong color and the hood was supposed to be a raglan hoodie different than the normal hoodie, color was grey when I ordered a green one. Maybe I'm color blind but pictures in review, logo was a little cheesy also

I waited 4 weeks for a confirmation email. I tried to get my money back after trying to contact numerous times. When I finally got PayPal involved I got a response. I received order the next week. The sweatshirt was not a sweatshirt. And NOT at all like picture I thought I had paid $69 for. Total waste of money and time!

Do not trust. I placed order and it is still not here 3 weeks later. I have emailed countless times with no response. There is no phone number to call. The order just says "being printed." I will not be ordering from them again and I will be disputing the charge.

The online ordering experience was good, but they don't keep you informed as to how long it will be before they ship. Apparently, they make the shirts to order. I placed an order for a single t-shirt 3 weeks before Christmas, and it arrived a couple of days after Christmas. It was too small, so I had to reorder, as there are no returns. This time the order took almost a full month before it shipped. And all that time, there was no attempt to email me to let me know a status.

Website says items are in print status for 3 weeks already. I have reported to BBB and alerted my CC company for stop payment. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a sweatshort for my husband on Dec 12th, we did not get it until January 4th. When is arrived, the logo printed ont he sweatshort was off center. I have emailed Vintage brands twice since January 5th with no response. Unacceptable. You've lost us as a future customer. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Ordered printed Drake mug weeks before Christmas 2023. Received after Christmas with fuzzy printing. Let several messages (only way to contact them) with no reply. Going to have credit card reverse fee. Plus order wife place for shirts at save time did not arrive either. She just got a message (1-12-24) that they are now working on it.

I ordered a Kansas City Chief's Snow Heather Raglan Crew t-shirt on December 21st. The website stated that orders placed after 12/12/23 would be fulfilled after the holidays. That ship and excuse has sailed a long time ago being January 15th and no confirmation of shipping. The company has no way of contacting them except through their website and they DO NOT RESPOND AT ALL TO ANY INQUIRIES. This company is ran by people who have no clue what customer service is or how to run a company. According to Justia.com Vintage Brand is fighting several lawsuits over trademark infringement claims which is probably why they aren't shipping product. I have filled a fraud complaint with the Tennessee Attorney General's office and invite anyone who has been ripped off from this fraudulent company to file a claim against them here: https://www.tn.gov/attorneygeneral/working-for-tennessee/consumer/file-a-complaint.html

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

UPDATE: I FINALLY after sending threatening daily emails to this company have received my T-Shirt. I stand by my other comments that this company lacks any type of customer service and timely communications, shipment of products or business acumen. This is a made too order and a roundtoit company. They'll get around to printing and shipping your orders when they feel like it and it's convenient for them.
