Really easy to use. Quality of order was not compromised. Happy.

I got my item and it was WAY smaller than it should have been. ADDITIONALLY, the actual logo was a LOT smaller than it should be. I was told that the logo was relative to the size. The problem was that was they show still has the logo take up the majority of the front of the hoodie. ACTUAL size will, of course, be bigger on a bigger hoodie, smaller on a smaller hoodie. But relative will still be to scale. So, what they showed was the logo going across almost the whole front, an inch or so past the top of the pocket on each size. What actually happened was about an inch INSIDE the pocket. So it looked incredibly dainty.

ADDITIONALLY, it was the type of cut that looked like a female cut. I brought all of this up and was told they don't have a female cut. So, I literally took this to my university's Department of Apparel, Merchandising, Design and Textiles (AMDT) and had multiple people tell me it was for sure a female cut and they pointed out exactly why.

The new one they sent me wasn't even close to cut the same way. But again, the logo was way too small.

I just simply wouldn't use these folks again.

I ordered a grey hoodie with red sleeves and a red school logo depicted. Both the logo and sleeves were the same color on the website. When I received my order the sleeves were an orangish red color and the logo was maroon.
When I contacted the company I was asked to send a photo of my item. When the photo was received I was told that their production department had determined that the colors were correct and they went on to explain that the differences may be due to screen resolution.
While I didn't agree with their assessment they are sending me an alternate item at no cost to me. I feel that this was a great resolution to the issue and am looking forward to my replacement product.

I ordered Yankee shirts. One for the year my husband, and one for the year our oldest son was born! Can't wait for Christmas

Everything I ordered was shipped quickly and as expected. Nice designs.

I ordered a sweatshirt and T-Shirt. Vintage Brand doesnt screen print, so the decal is some how pressed on the fabric. Overall, the product is feels cheap

I ordered a Washington Redskins Sweatshirt for my wife. I received the shirt, it was beautiful and my wife loved it. The only problem was that it was made of a thin T-shirt material not a heavy sweatshirt material as ordered. Since my wife liked it anyway, that was the only reason that it was not returned. Don't know if I will place an order with this company again. The quality of their items might be an issue?
