Awesome! Purchase was as described and looked fantastic upon arrival! Great response when given as a Christmas present. Will purchase other items in the near future!

I placed an order to include presents for 4 of my nephews for our gift exchange. I got back a couple of hours later to change the sizes of my sweatshirts. I was told I did it in the timeframe so it would be honored, but could not resend until I received my order. I did not even receive my order until like 12/31/24. It was not even shipped out until several days AFTER Christmas. I am still waiting to hear back on getting the exchange in sizes. I fell horrible my nephews still have not received all of their gifts! I like your products, but don't think I will ever order there again do to this experience.

I ordered my BIL an Indians sweatshirt for Christmas. Based on the delivery window, I had it shipped to my in-laws because we would be traveling. It arrived faster than promised and it was a hit.

As a lifelong bucks fan living in the south with lots of hawks fans, this was a great shirt to show up in and remind em bout their roots.

Ordered a hoodie, the design was exactly what I expected and the quality of the sweatshirt was great! It got delivered quickly even though it was during the holidays! Would recommend!

The timing from my order being placed and actual shipping was about 5 days, could have been less. However, understandable is the holiday season. My order still arrived before Christmas and was awesome, love the product.

The shirt came in time for Christmas BUT the colors were orange, not burgundy (the teams actual colors are burgundy and gold).

Did not respond to first questions and never received emails they claim were sent. Stupid not to have phone contact or chat option on website bc of risk e-mails may not go through.

Then, pkg was sent via USPS which is really no cheaper than UPS and is unreliable. Did not get on Xmas Eve as I was told (not really surprised, even though tracking said it was in delivery city for 3 to 4 days - after all, was mail service). Was delivered 2 days after Christmas.

Overall, crappy customer service and operations. Maybe hire people who know what they are doing and re-think how to contact your company. If someone has a question before ordering, that person doesn't want to wait days for e-mail response or have to re-send inquiry if don't get the email. They want to make a call or do on-line chat for quick answer. Do you see how this can delay the ordering process? (And I don't believe there was anything about returns on website or possible shipping costs which you might want to know before ordering.) i have expressed my disappointment ad nauseum already but say it again since you asked.
