Ordered a sweater for my husband for Christmas. Overall, it was a great experience. Got the sweater my husband wanted. Ordered about a week and a half before Christmas. Ordering was advertised to be delivered before Christmas at the time. Sweater was delivered a day earlier than expected. Great product! The sweater was great quality. It was thinner than expected, but overall just a nice light sweater. My husband loved it! He has already gotten a compliment on it when he was out and about with it on the other day.

I was pleased with the vast selection of products to choose from; check-out was easy. Their website had claimed "order by Dec. 17 to get it by Christmas". (My order was placed Dec. 16). But Christmas came and went. Turns out, my purchases weren't even shipped until after I sent a written inquiry to customer support - 2 days after Christmas! My order eventually arrived, yippee! (Gifts lose their appeal when they aren't given/received on time). They offered to discount my order 20% and refund the shipping cost.

Ordered these in time for Christmas with shipping supposedly coming before the holiday. Unfortunately they arrived late. It wasn't a big deal...just shipped them to their recipient when they arrived but would have been nice to have them on time. The shirts themselves are fantastic and my dad and grandfather love them!
