Did not know that I couldn't return the sweatshirt and it was the wrong size for a family member for Christmas.
I received a Christmas present in the mail from my nephew, a 1968 Duke hoody. The logo was not as appeared on their website. Instead of any historical version of Duke Blue, it is purple-ish blue. VB has refused to exchange, saying it's not in policy. Yet, when you read reviews, there are at least some positive ones where it is clear VB has assisted others with similar issues. Highly dissatisfied with this company. Prior to understanding their return policies, and reading multiple bad reviews from previous customers about extremely poor customer service experiences with VB, I had planned to order multiple other items from them. This will no longer be the case. Do not spend your money with VB, you will not be satisfied with the end product or the lack of service you receive afterwards.

Sweatshirt came one day after Christmas—although it was advertised to deliver on Christmas Eve. The quality and design were perfect so overall I'm satisfied! My dad loved it.
I placed my order on December 18th. Received notification that it had shipped on December 26th, however it sat in your warehouse for 2 days before you actually shipped it. I'm literally a 2 hour drive from your facility and I did not receive my order until December 30th!
Cheep quality printing. Just hot pressed on the shirt and 2 of mine were crooked.
Like getting one of those quick pressed shirts in tourist town.

My boyfriend is a diehard Washington Redskins fan! He was brokenhearted when the name changed and he could no longer really find Washington Redskins apparel anymore! I came across Vintage Brand from Google and was so pleased to see the amount of options they had. I ordered a sweatshirt and a can/cup holder and he LOVED it! I especially loved the quality packaging and wrappings it came in! Everything was executed so beautifully!

While I understand the holidays, I was guaranteed 12/27, but then the delivery date kept changing. It said Jan 6th, the 2nd and finally arrived on 12/30.
Also, I love the look of the product but it seems the materials are not what is pictured. I was expecting something along the lines of Homage brand. The sweatshirt was a lot thinner than expected and the hat was a different color than pictured.
Easy to order and the product was better than expected. Colors were bright!
