Advertise $1 for report but charge my bank $1, $29.95 and $4.95. I will be disputing this with my bank Monday.

They continue to steal money no matter how many times you tell them to stop. They don't say the company name when you call the number on your credit card statement and no one answers the live agent line. Then it just hangs up on you. Terrible company and they never sent me a proof of purchase email. But I'm definitely authentic

First it's free, then it's $1 then you pay the $1 and they charge your card $29.95! Try to cancel and of course the live chat bot says a team member will email and they never do! A month later and they are trying to charge me $29.95 again! Be better off buying a lemon then giving these people access to your account. Wish could give minus a million stars!

Read the site about the $1 vin report. Ordered one (1) report that didn't tell me much more than the free Vin reports. Was charged $1.00. THEN was charged $29.95. Contacted customer service through Live Chat, and was told I had signed up for "biweekly service". I said I did NOT. No credit was received after 1 week of constant chatting with the company. Had to have my bank dispute and get a new debit card. TERRIBLE COMPANY

I agreed to a $1.00 search. Only needed one simple thing. Which was under the purview of what was offered for such $1.00. The one simple thing was not accomplished. Now over 5 days they have taken/stolen $39.84 from my credit union account for 3 separate charges I never and would never agree to. I don't have that kind of "mad" money laying around. Talking to a live person is next to impossible. There help site very minimal, as for options. The only # I found gives you 2 options, if they say they will connect you with a live person, you get disconnected. This is the USA why is this outfit still allowed to be in business. I wish I had seen the 1 star rating and read their reviews. This whole nightmare would of never happened. All I know is when I finally got a hold of a live person, had trouble understanding man because of his accent. Said he would refund money, then said he would cancel membership, I never signed up for, but the charges were membership charges. After trying to tell him I only agreed to $1.00 for the umpteenth, he said they would refund my money. I don't believe him to be honest. O guess we'll see...

Try to dispute the charge and called *******073, silent forever, no one answer the call.
Be carful to the service.

And even worst, 2 days later I found another charge from an unknown source. I fully believe either they sent my credit card information to others or they may simply charged my card for anything else.

SCAM ARTISTS i had to close out my card.

Read site about $1 vin report. Ordered one (1) report that didn't tell me much more than the free vin reports. Was charged $1.00. THEN was charged $29.95. No credit received, NEVER went to their website again, and today I received a NEW charge for $4.95. Asked about that today. Received the same canned response about "we don't offer one-off reports". Told I will receive a refund if my "account is eligible". (?) Scam site! AVOID!

Report has no information beyond recalls (which can be found for free) & the make and model of vehicle, which is of course. Free.

They advertise $1 report, then charge$29.95. Their phone number if you press 1, fails and hangsup. Hit 2 their voicemail is full and disconnects you.

100% absolute scam.

They advertise one report for only $1.00 then charge you an additional $24.95
They automatically start a recurring charge that they never disclose the are going to do.
Their automated phone system says they've had a system error and hangs up

Report is advertised for $1 but they charged me $24.95 instead. I immediately requested a refund and 22 days later, it's still in "high priority with the billing team". Moreover, the very next day, some other unknown company charged me $4.95 for "vin test results". I immediately blocked my card. They only steal your money and process unauthorized charges. And the Report I got for my car was useless.

This website needs to be shut down somehow it really is nothing but a scam I wish I had seen the negative reviews before I used it because like everyone else I got ripped off charged me $26 on top of the additional dollar for a subscription and it's using a different company than all the others listed so obviously they keep switching up I really wish it could be taken off of Google and every other search platform. I really wish they could somehow be shut down so they don't steal from anyone else.

Same story as 100 others, same scam. Live chat takes u in circles. Email never arrives, refund promised everytime...only to passify you, cost is $1 then charged $29. Two days later charged 4.95 for test results? I was taken hook line and sinker. My bank is never supportive. Already reported them to cfpb...for zero customer support. So no help there. Closing card to avoid more cost. Closing bank account. Angry, robbed, zero solution. Reported to fed trad comm. That is why this continues. No one reports them.

Yo I paid for one vin report that didn't even have much information on it and went on about my life. 5 months later I realized this fraudulent company has been charging me under all kinda different names so I couldn't figure out who they were for a subscription I didn't ask for. On top of that they never sent me one email confirming my purchase or membership so there was no record of any transaction history for me to reference. 100% scam they say they have a refund policy yet refuse to refund the money they stole from me.

I used this site 3 weeks ago, typed in my vin# payed the fee and said my vin wasn't right which it was, bc I used it on another site just fine after, so I messaged for a refund that day, I was told 7-10 business days, still nothing, messaged again told it was being sent to a different team and still nothing, then I get a charge on my account again today from the same company for another 29.95, I do not advise using this site as they are crooks and do not stand behind what they say.
