False "Lifetime" Promise - Avoid!

"I purchased a 'Lifetime' license for Viddly. Now they claim it was only for version 5 and that I must pay again for version 6. They intentionally disabled features that used to work. Their 'Lifetime' guarantee is just a marketing trick. As a 50-year-old customer, I feel cheated. They offered a 50% discount instead of honoring my original purchase. Unprofessional and misleading business practices. Don't waste your money!"
