Total scam! Bad plastic low quality. No return options. No reply. Terrible. I have sent 10 mails. I keep getting weird emails from different names of probably ai $#*! agents, as it is total nonsense what is coming out of them.

We ordered a wood bed frame in the end of November. We received it, but it was raw wood. Any way we put it together which was difficult and took 5 hours.okay the frame had strange noises and within a week it broke twice under us.so we decided to send it back.I wrote an email to the customer service and we arranged a day for the pick up. But no one came and this happened three times which was really annoying because we organized our days accordingly.so I gave up with the trying. I guess we are never going to receive our money back and regret forever to buy this bed frame.

I ordered the Tall Plant Stands. They came RTA without any instructions, nor were the parts well marked.
I had a hard time putting them together because the manufacturing process was poor and the parts did not mate up as they should have. One of the tops split when we assembled the stand.
Horrible!

Koop hier niets, geld kwijt en geen bezorging. Heel veel mailen en telkens weer een smoes. Dan licht het aan die en dan aan dat.
Maar na twee maanden nog niets en mijn geld kwijd.
