The awning panels come apart. They need to be glued together. I will replace them with a full sheet of
Plexiglass or pvc panels.
The vanity cabinet I purchased is made for children. I was disappointed to see such a small piece for my bathroom. I think vidaxl should be ashamed for not telling consumers that their furniture is made for children. To use the vanity cabinet, I would need to get on my knees.

Wanted to raise my new monitor several inches. This stand was just what I needed. Well packaged and delivered quickly
The cabinet is very flimsy. Several pieces were broken, possibly due to the flimsy material. I sent e-mail mail asking how to return the item & get a refund but I have NOT received a reply.
Exceptional Customer Service... Great reception, response, and reply... What else can you say in today's business climate.? I will be doing business with these good folks again...
All items were in perfect condition and everything work great.
I purchased a desk for my mother, which came with millions of parts none label to put together, instructions are to basic to put together you basically have to figure out what goes where. All parts are still sitting on my living room until I could actually have the time to figured it out.
Comes in MANY pieces, and some holes not predrilled; wood is kind of thin and splits easily; 2 pieces were split when it arrived. Difficult to put together because the instructions are not very clear, and none of the boards are labeled.
I didn't really except too much for the money. However, the wheels could have had some kind of bearing system. Totally useless for what I want. I'll try to salvage some parts for the end product I'm after.

I am very pleased with the personal touch of your company. Most contacts today are very blunt and no personal concerns much at all. Thank you for that personal touch. It means so much to me.
Easy to assemble, and looks modern, clean and it really seats 4, with 6 being a little difficult as chair feet collide with the table frame. It works for me just fine: the table looks good, is sturdy and easy to keep clean.
Thankfully, my honest review on this site prompted vidaXL to reach out to me and make things right. They gave me a full refund and paid to have the hand pump returned. The customer service people who ultimately helped me were great to work with. I just wish it hadn't taken two months of my time and effort to get them to do what they promise to do in their own return policy. I'm upgrading vidaXL to 3 stars as a result. Again, the product itself was decently made and designed, but I still have questions about its safety and how much effort it took to return it. Sitejabber definitely brought about a positive outcome, and they deserve 5 stars!.
I ordered a hand water pump in early August, and it arrived poorly painted from a Chinese factory with paint chips falling off the interior of the pump. The pump also was incorrectly assembled and did not work. I immediately notified VidaXL of the safety issue and asked both for a refund and for this product's manufacturing to be reviewed for the safety of other customers. A month passed before I heard from anyone. It's been another three weeks, and my request for refund has still not been acted on after numerous unanswered emails.
Order received quickly. Instructions fairly easy. Assembly took a few days, but not an unreasonable amount of time. Most difficult part is sliding the screens in the slots for the sides and top.
My new computer desk is precisely what I needed. It is large enough to hold everything I use and small enough to keep out of the way when not in use. I have one small complaint. The setup instructions could be much clearer.
