Try calling the service team and they don't care a damn... so organising with workmen is impossible. Just rubbish that deliveries arrive many days later than they say... I'm still waiting, should have been here 3 days ago now and we are furious.
Call and they have a bad attitude, they lie to get you off the phone and leave you hanging with no idea when it'll arrive. Quick to take your money though!
Ordered 1 pack (14 x pieces) of wall tiles and towel heater. These items were delivered on 2 x wooden pallets fixed by the solid wood poles of 2 mtrs high. The packaging was so much bigger and heavier than the ordered goods that it makes no sense for any reasonable retailer even for more expensive and fragile commodity. Customer service refused to take back the 'packaging' even for additional 'diamond' service I was ready to pay for, and their email responses as well as the telephone customer service can be rates as only below zero. It looks like the company who considers themselves as a 'reputable' company cannot put the burden of it's packaging issues on the customer. They know really well that for the customer to get rid of such 'packaging' will cost more than the customer paid for the goods (such is in my case). I cannot call their customer service anything but bullying and deliberately causing additional cost for the customer to get rid of their unreasonably huge and heavy packaging. The excuse that their customer service used is that by confirming the online purchase the customer agrees on their T&Cs means receive the goods on the wooden pallet... in my case 2 pallets and wooden poles. This company does not care about its customers or their opinion about it. How can such company be on the market? The worst thing is that VP cynically covers its anti-customer policy by its Terms and Conditions which are not providing the size or weight of the packaging (wooden pallets) and imposed on the customer who could not even imagine that 1 piece of tile (in my case 1 missing tile) can be delivered on the wooden pallets 2mtr size by 2 mtr and weight of 30-40 kg of weight...
Ordered a full bathroom suite mid 2020, couldn't tell me when delivery would be and it just turned up one morning, luckily I hadn't left for work.
Had suite fitted and found faulty toilet seat. Remembering this is just a toilet seat, they should be able to replace this very quickly and easily. Received two replacement seats, both wrong and completely different seats and fittings. Supplied so many photos for evidence as they would not start the complaint process without it, they then say they cannot open photos, even though previous email states they had, then telling them that, they change reply saying they could open but photos too small. The photos were fine as checked by sending to other devices, it was just delay tactics to fob me off.
We are now 4+ months on and still no resolution, reading other reviews I see others having the same problem. Unfortunately it would seem that Victoria Plumbing is being run by people that just can't be bothered, it is probably the most unprofessional company I have had the misfortune to dealt with.
This is a toilet seat, it just needed a like for like replacement, that would have been problem resolved, but Victoria Plumbing couldn't even manage that, instead they prefer to be awkward and as difficult as they can possibly be. I dread to think if I had a problem with a more serious/important item.
PLEASE, save yourself the stress and frustration, shop elsewhere.
Ordered a kitchen tap, had it fitted by a plumber, within a week it was squirting water form the point the body joins the main base. I e-mailed, tried calling, no response. Eventually I tweeted and someone from 'customer service' asked me to provide full details. I did, no response. I've tried contacting them repeatedly, I've now given up. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
If I can give anyone advice it's please do not buy from Victorian plumbing! In my experience they just cost you time and a lot of money!
I ordered a bathroom suite, towel rail and shower boards from VP. The towel rail was rusty, one of the shower boards was completely cracked and the bathroom suite didn't even turn up!
Every day I was told the bathroom suite was due to arrive I had plumbers on site ready to fit it, I would they receive an email on the day it was meant to be arriving saying it had been delayed a few more days... this happened 4 TIMES! Do you know how much it cost me in labourers just sitting around waiting for this imaginary suite to arrive? The only bits they could do were to fit the towel rail and shower boards, but when they arrived they were both broken! So again, more money and time wasted in plumbers not being able to do anything, then trying to source new materials elsewhere as quick as possible due to now being behind on the project 2 weeks.
I cancelled the bathroom suite after the 4th delay and managed to get a refund on the towel rail (though this process took a while which was extremely frustrating), however I am still waiting on a refund or any sort of acknowledgement about the damaged shower board. This was back in August, it is now the end of November!
To top it off my emails are now being ignored (I note in other reviews people are also experiencing this). Awful service with awful products. I read reviews ahead of this and saw how low they scored yet still gave them a chance, and wow do I regret that! For how much extra this has cost me I may as well have splashed out on a top notch high street bathroom suite!
I ordered a vertical radiator which due to it being extremely heavy and large was delivered on a pallet via a lorry.
Need to return it only to be told that they cannot arrange collections so I would need to return it myself but can't do to store and to return to warehouse would have to be via courier. Absolutely ridiculous, why is it safe for a courier to deliver it but not an individual
Ordered a Shower Basket 9wks ago Victorian Plumbing took the money 9wks ago said would arrive soon. Needless to say i am still waiting. They dont seem to like answering emails 'eventually said they were out of stock will be in 13th Nov. Still nothing wrote 3 emails eventually got answer telling me they are out of stock will be in on 27th Nov. Customer Service with this company is terrible they were fast enough to take my money. First and last time i will be dealing with this company. Had to give them 1 star otherwise i would of given them NOUGHT Carol
The worst after sales service I've ever experienced. Bought both black sink and bath taps (amongst lots of other things). Bath tap absolutely fine but the finish on the sink tap is peeling. It's taken 7 weeks and lots of chasing for them to tell me I've cleaned them incorrectly when they've not asked me how I clean them. Shocking service!
Do not use this company they promise you a pickup date then change it then they say we dont know when you can have your order although it is in stock doh! Also very difficult to contact by telephone waited age, splash your money somewhere else and do not use this shower you have been warned.

Toilet had a crack in it. Flooring had to be replaced as a result.
Sink vanity was sent with no handles... took a month to resolve and in the end they sent me another vanity for me to remove handles and send back the newly opened unit. Why could they not have done this.
Third; y the toilet seat after a few weeks is stating to separate with water swelling the wood.
Please, please do not be fooled by looks. It looks nice but is all a pile of sh*t. Awful quality.
After several errors and returned goods i am still waiting a refund 8 week on for items I returned but incorrectly refunded. Despite promises of refund and applogies... i still wait and Victorian plumbing are still ignoring my emails and messages.

Overall we have really let you down with these orders and this is not the normal 5 star service we offer. We hope we can keep you as a valued customer in future and show our normal service level. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO WASTE TIME AND MONEY CHASING AN INFERIOR PRODUCT THAT YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED FOR AND WILL NEED REPLACING AFTER ONLY A FEW MONTHS.
Dreadful experience. I messaged them to check a shower was in stock and they assured me there were 15. So I made the order. 2 weeks later, no response so I contacted them and they said there was 1 in stock. Still nothing. 3 weeks later, they said it was out of stock. They clearly have no idea of their stock levels. And they even debited my credit card without shipping the product!
What an absolute joke this company is. My second time reviewing them in space of 3 month.
I have been sending them email since May, for them to replace, provide compensation for refitting or refund as they seem not accept their faulty size toilet pan. They have stopped responding now since August despite several attempts. Blaming it on COVID 19 is nothing but an attempt to ignore customer.
Ombudsman for me next. I do hope more people approach ombudsman, this would be the only way this company will improve

My 3rd review for this awful company and to update all customers.
I have been doing nothing working with them to resolve the issues of the toilet seat or pan, and for them to replace or send the correct one. I had the response admitting they have let me down on this occasion however nothing happened until I went to PayPal. PayPal agreed with my case and offered the full refund but they want the full unit back. Just to say, the unit is a basin and toilet seat and has been plumbed professionally, not to mention the Tennant in place and original boxing does not even exist anymore. I have also have to insurance the items for return ( now they say they will collect) as well as paying a plumber to replace and dismantle it which obviously nothing but added cost.
I just want to let all customers to understand how Victoria plumbing works and while you will eventually be offered your money back, the added cost and expense is all on the customer which can be very upsetting and hard to fullfil.

'We will not liable for any plumbers costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.'
We are able to collect this item, however, you will need to dismantle and package ready for transport.
Please note we will not cover the costs to package these items.

We ordered 2 items from this company and we the plumber advised to return back as is poor quality. We returned as per their policy and in the end, they said that items arrived damaged and no refund is going to be made, with no evidences. They don't deserve even 1 star. Don't waste money and time with them
We ordered a toilet almost a month ago; the cistern arrived broken. After multiple calls, we were able to get it replaced. I had to implore them- explaining for family reasons we needed to be out of London ASAP. The plumber came today - and the toilet is also broken! I called and asked for a partial refund because I am going to have to pay for the plumber to come out twice; plus, this is taking away from my time to work. They categorically refused. And were unable to say when the new toilet is arriving. Stay away.
I have ordered two bathroom suites from VP. Both deliveries held back for one minor item that was not in stock as they don't want to split a pallet - their website indicated all was in stock when I placed the order. Both received 6-8 weeks after paying.
Customer service is email only and it can take 3 weeks to get a response.
It took 4 weeks for VP to check an item I returned. This was damaged in transit and because VP took 4 weeks to check and come back to me (after me hassling them) it was too late for me to make a claim.
My bathrooms are relatively new and now worried from reading reviews about quality of MDF furniture! There are so many other sites you can use, spend a little more and buy elsewhere they are not worth the hassle.
Ordering online and the company taking payment EASY. When wrong item arrives and you want to get in touch you have to pay for the return. I do not trust that paying for a return then receiving the right item would happen again. Customer service is the worst I have ever come across. If I worked the same way as this my job would be gone.
Paid additional £7.99 for quicker delivery but it took several days for the items to arrive! I asked for a refund of the additional postage charge 8 days ago because they had failed to deliver on time and they've not even bothered to reply let alone give a refund. They are a rubbish company. Avoid.
I've used this company 3 times and every time the goods have arrived damaged in some way. Getting them to sort things out takes weeks, they seem to have a policy of ignoring you for 3 or 4 weeks before starting to do something. Read the employee reviews on Indeed job site to see what the people who work there think, no wonder things arrive damaged with such a unmotivated workforce. AVOID
We bought a sink and cabinet for our on-suit for which we paid almost £400. It arrived damaged and the quality nothing like what we expected. We could only contact them via email to ask for a refund and collection and after 8 weeks we are still waiting. We will never use them again.
Answer: I just had the same issues. Raise a dispute with your card company or PayPal if they are no longer offering the resolution. Again, the like making customers pay for the return even if it's no fault of yours. Good luck.
Answer: Because they are indecent and horrible beyond belief. How they are even allowed to operate with all these horrible reviews from people?
Answer: Same as me they are rubbish I'm hitting every review platform I can find, warm other stay away, I waited nearly seven weeks for refund and they still owe me £50 for shipping, cowboys.
