I purchased a bath, but unfortunately the bath has cracked inside.
My concerns have been made by email several times, with NO action taken from this company.
My bath came with a 5 year guarantee, which doesn't expire for 3 more years.
When the goods have left their warehouse the delivery nightmare starts. Three times the courier company promised to deliver and failed to turn up. They finally delivered without any notice. Victorian Plumbing did nothing to help other then to refer to the courier companies website. Very poor customer service and will avoid using them again.
Been trying for days to return a sink for uplift. On their website is was quoted as £49 to return, but if I ordered something else as part replacement there would be no cost. I ordered a tap and I understood that the tap would be delivered and the sink uplifted by the delivery men. The tap arrived by Royal Mail and the sink is still waiting to be returned. It now looks like I have to pay£49 for return of the sink and £15.99 for the return of the tap! Appalling service and costs.
The worst part is that there's no phone number to speak to someone, only a virtual assistant who can transferred me to customer service online chat, but their advice re returning the product was misleading!
Toilet doesn't flush. Shower enclosure door handle fell off after 2 weeks, screw not threaded properly, struggled to get a replacement handle. 3 years on door has fallen off shower, roller screws not threaded properly, impossible to get replacement rollers from Victorian Plumbing, Customer Service not responding.
Parts and spares that break can only be provided by them, not plumbers merchants or online so if they do not respond to requests for replacements the product you have bought from them are unuseable.
Cancelled an order, received confirmation of cancellation from Victoria Plumbing - still not received refund - have emailed numerous times, tried 'live chat' and a query form on their website - still no response, still no refund. Telephone number does not accept calls. Terrible customer service, would not use again.
I am writing this review for a friend of ours, as I was also the installer. She bought the entire kit and caboodle for both her main bathroom upstairs and the small toilet downstairs. The amount of damaged items was staggering:- 2 WC units damaged waited 9 working days for them to be replaced. Shower tray scratched not able to be seen until polythene and so called protective edging removed. Shower enclosure had door sealing strip badly damaged which has been packaged this way at the factory, top part of frame not able to be screwed together due to 1 screw not able to be unscrewed. Concealed cisterns, one packed ok with all the cistern components but no lid for cistern, other cistern no fitting components at all, again these have been packed like this in the factory. Cannot call customer service only contact via live chat or email which takes them ages. Upload photos and they want more again another delay. Send emails they don't respond. Live chat totally useless. It is no wonder the staff don't respond as their CEO Ms Judge doesn't call or email you back even after explaining the situation you are in and submitting photos. She should resign as she is meant to lead by example. Sent a complete replacement shower notified CEO we wanted the other one uplifted and they haven't bothered to collect it so it is cluttering up my friends hallway. She has now had to pay £67 to have this collected and sent back. They replaced the WC Units eventually and the larger one again was damaged, again let CEO know about this and still waiting for the replacement. This has been an absolute nightmare for Nicola dealing with these people. No sincere apology from them, you ask to speak to a Manager on the live chat they tell you 24 - 48 hours what planet are these people on they tell you the same thing time and time again on the chat is there some sort of script they have had to memorise. No offer of compensation for all the time and effort she has put into this to get the matter resolved. Items not collected or replaced. One or two items damaged is I would say bearable but to have as many as this, with items being packed damaged in the factory serious questions need to be asked of the suppliers. Ms Judge I hope that you read this as both you and your company are a disgrace shame on you.
Cistern condensation making puddles on the floor. Victorian plumbing response: have a cold bathroom (words to that effect.)
The operating handle turns 360 degrees. V's response: fix handle at 6o ' clock not 9o' clock. Plumber says impossible. No other way to fit it than the usual horizontal. Besides which, the toilet lid hits it in the upright position. V says that's the design. V has played me for a fool with no suggestion as to how these problems can be overcome. Pity as I've had really good items in the past but I can't trust them with another order.
I placed an order which should have arrived two days ago. Nothing turned up. I then received an email confirming they had received my returned items, I did not return them as they never turned up in the first place!
Their online chat facility does not work, it keeps displaying "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later."
They have no phoneline to speak to someone from their company.
I emailed them about my issue and received an automated response with links to 3 unrelated articles on their webpage.
It's now 4 days after I placed my order - I have absolutely no idea whether it is going to turn up or not, and no way of getting a response from this company to let me know what is going on.

Had 2 issues with this company one the goods supplied were clearly not as described. Two an electrical component failure. The chat people just deflect everything. Your wasting your time. Can't contact anyone by phone for the reason that if they were contactable they might have to address their obligations. I believe the only way you will get anywhere if you take them to trading standards. But as they know this is a lot of hassle and people won't bother. They get away with addressing any problems. Avoid and save yourself a load of hassle. It's obviously this companies strategy to avoid any cost of warranty Etc.
Beware: Victorian Plumbing are defrauding customers by offering 5 year guarantees, then after a year or so, the manufacture will ‘go into administration', so they refuse to honour the guarantee.
Then, quite miraculously, another manufacture pops up, I'm exactly the same factory, selling exactly the same items, with a slightly different registered name.
The result - Victorian Plumbing gets away with not having to honour guarantees.
This has been reported to Trading Standards, who are wise to this sort of scam, and are investigating.
Please, avoid Victorian Plumbing, they sell cheap rubbish and do not honour guarantees, choose a safe, reputable seller.
Item ordered was missing parts so informed them via web site the automated response I received was I could wait up to 72 hours! For advice... Nothing happened. So started their automated returns procedure as per web site instructions item returned 17/12/2021 VIA Royal Mail with tracking reference. Heard absolutely nothing but have two requests for a review!. ( I ended up buying a replacement bathroom light from another supplier as we could wait no longer.)
Well they have one... AWFUL SERVICE... Avoid.
If I could score 0 I would. This company is a shambles. They lie about having sent stuff when they haven't and their chat team are useless. They don't care about your issue. They mess you around and you have to do the constant chasing. They are a nightmare to deal with. Do yourself a favour and go straight to the manufacturer and avoid Victorian Plumbing. They are also more expensive!
Without doubt the worst company I've ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Wrong parts delivered. Delivery driver insisted we kept the pallet as it was "legally ours". (?!)
Can't speak to anyone. Have to use ‘chat' system. Piss poor response. They requested emails with photos. Sent those, then over a week later they respond by saying we can't find your emails, what's the problem.
Got back to them with details. Then they send the wrong info and announce on the email ‘problem solved'.
You couldn't make this up.
Victoria Plumbing LTD is one of the worst companies in which I have ever dealt with. They do not have a contact number so if you purchase from them and have any issues you have to contact them via a web chat for them to contact the resolutions team (who by the way do not work weekends) - so if you have a problem on a Friday, you wont get a response for until at least Monday.

I contacted them on the 12th November - now it is the 23rd November and still no replacements of the FAULTY and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE goods. I have explained to this wonderful company that I am left with no toilet due to their faulty goods and now shower yet again down to their faulty goods. P. s I'm 16 weeks pregnant - I have also told them this. I have no toilet facilities - no showering facilities! I am having to use the neighbours. THEY DO NOT CARE!
They have told me that an item has been sent out - they said this last week then it didn't show up so I chased them again and they said it would be here yesterday/today. Still not here! They lie and they breach consumer act!
P. s They made over 21 million profit last year but cant replace some faulty items.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY MIGHT BE CHEAP BUT CHEAP IS AT THE EXPENSE OF SERVICE AND QUALITY!
I have been waiting for a radiator and some valves for which I paid £399 for over a month, this was supposed to be delivered three weeks ago.
There is no number to call, just a recorded message, the live chat does not work and no one responds to emails. Please avoid this company at all costs!
I had to send an item back and because the original wrapping was so tight when i opened it i was told they would take a % off what i had paid because the packaging was torn. I did agree although bit peeved but I then received an email with photos from them saying the item was damaged in transit so i took up a dispute with Royal Mail. They said it wasn't them- it was just the packaging damaged. Yes- i had told them that! So i am £60 out of pocket and not happy. Never never order online from then unless you are very very sure it's what you want.
I bough a bathroom suite from VP and was advised to take a non-standard shower as the original one was out of stock. I took their advice only to find out the replacement shower wasn't compatible. The then told me they're not technically trained professionals (damn right!) so I couldn't use their advice. Misrepresentation of goods and not fit for purpose - double whammy for the Consumer Rights Act.
For good measure, they also sent me a broken bathroom storage unit. They say you have to tell them about damaged goods within two days. I'd kept it in the box until the right stage of my refurb, so this 2 day thing seems designed to catch people out. Obviously, the Consumer Rights Act's 30 day limit is irrelevant.
Diabolical from start to finish do not use, waited almost 2 weeks for delivery, cant get through no phone number, they just fobb you off, had to upgrade to next day delivery £45 to then get it dispatched daylight robbery, steer clear
Spent months chasing an order, received a warped shower tray, the replacement was as bad and the collection they arranged so a refund could be processed wouldn't take the trays as they aren't and can't be boxed so now chasing a refund - save yourself the stress
I sent back an item, packed it really, really well. They claim it was damaged in transit and won't pay the refund. Complete rubbish.
Answer: I just had the same issues. Raise a dispute with your card company or PayPal if they are no longer offering the resolution. Again, the like making customers pay for the return even if it's no fault of yours. Good luck.

Answer: Same as me they are rubbish I'm hitting every review platform I can find, warm other stay away, I waited nearly seven weeks for refund and they still owe me £50 for shipping, cowboys.
