Ordered new shower but the valve was faulty. Tell me it has to go before resolution team. My father has broken his hip and when he gets out of hospital he will need this shower but they are dragging their feet and won't replace faulty valve yet
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I intend to share my experience far and wide as this company tried to con me today.
The worst part is that I have previously spent thousands of pounds with them and had a positive experience but they just had to ruin it! Such a shame...
I received a shower unit which my partner advised me was the wrong fit for our plumbing system and asked me to send it back and get a different one.
Without opening the package I sent the item back.
I then receive an e-mail a few weeks later telling me that they have received my item and won't be refunding me because it was damaged in transit.
Alarm bells were ringing after noticing that the images they sent me seemed strange, blurry and some irrelevant. The photos showed intact boxes but damaged items. This was clearly a cowboy effort to get me to complain to the courier (Royal Mail). This behaviour is fraudulent.
Interestingly the photo of the item box displayed a different product description and code to the item I sent back, this clearly isn't a photo of the item I returned.
This company needs exposing!

Absolutely frustrating! Can't speak to anyone, only communication is via the online chat,
Firstly ordered on a 5-7 day delivery, chased and was advised that it was only day 6, so I replied so would the delivery be here the next day being day 7 only to be told no! Asked if it would be here for he following week when my fitters started which would be by day 9, again was told possibly not! When would it be delivered I asked, I was told they could not tell me but continued to annoy me further by offering me the next days delivery if I paid the express delivery charge! So this was nothing to do with stock allocation, I was offered a discounted charge for the delivery as a gesture! My product arrived faulty, I advised, sent pictures, received acknowledgments, received a further apology for the delay acknowledgment Was asked for further pictures and a promise of a reply, nothing, chased by the online chat The advisor offered a partial refund which I declined as I needed a replacement, He advised it was faulty, could not offer a replacement even thou I advised I was under pressure on time due to fitting already delayed due to the faulty item.All they say is that they have to pass to the resolution team and I should here within 24/48 hours but nothing!, although they are happy to offer a partial refund they can't advise what that is as again it has to go to the resolution team! I have gone around in circles. So frustrating. Chased again today, eventually offered a replacement which will now arrive too late, I have explained the situation and they now decide to send me an item I can't use as it now can't be fitted in time. All I get quoted is the resolution team have to agreed it yet they don't even reply! The communication has been 1 sided It's faulty we agree but you have to wait. If you are working to a time frame and have fitters waiting don't even risk it, even if you build in additional time you can't guarantee that the issues will be resolved, I advised that if the replacement was not here by the weekend I would not have a bathroom for Christmas and their reply was that they have a process so sorry! Luckily I have all the transcript's pictures and have decided to take the matter further as they just don't care!
Surely if they agree the item is faulty then why do they not just send a replacement rather than doing NOTHING and leaving everything to the customer to chase and still not offer a solution!
I would like to say that my review is not aimed at the staff as I believe they have a script and the script is and don't deviate! Frustrating, so simple to just send a replacement but no one will make a decision! I even said I would place an order elsewhere to obtain the item in time and return the faulty item and the first advisor advised me that if I did that I would have to return the item at my own cost and even then it would most probably be refused! And he was the person that agreed it was faulty! Madness!
I have had a similar experience to all the one star reviews on this site. Product Ok, after sales service appalling.
Spent thousands of pounds to be sent a load of cheap broken items can't even speak to a person to get this resolved warning do not use Victoria plumbing!
We we're sent a faulty shower that cost in the region of £700.
It was installed and leaked continuously.
We reported the fault vía email (there is no phone number) and a week later have not received a satisfactory response. We still have no working bathroom.
We have simply been told that they may be able to send a replacement cartridge. This will be a pain to fit and there is no guarantee that we will have a functional shower.
This is obviously terrible customer service and not what we were led to expect from the reviews on the internet. We would have expected a prompt response and replacement shower to be sent widays.
I would strongly advise against buying bathroom furniture from Victoria Plumbing
Absolutely appauled at the level of customer service after you purchase! Purchased a shower enclosure which did not meet the correct measurements, since then it has been he'll with more than 15 emails trying to get through to them since they don't have telephone customer service! I had a lady called Emily Finn who gave me some hope, she asked me to send photographs to an email she would send me which she did, since then I have heard absolutely nothing, and this was over 3 weeks ago since then I have emailed daily countless times to have a lady called Mollie Woods who was no help what so ever and looks like she didn't bother to read through the email threads as she answered something that had nothing to do with my problem. Had I known how awful the customer service was I would have never ever purchased from this site!

I purchased this whole bathroom suite last year and all of the unites have completely buckled and cracked and the mdf has started to become exposed! This happened just months after purchase, despite me keeping the bathroom as dry as possible! All the reviews I have read state the same I am gutted I didn't read beforehand. MDF is not fit to use in a bathroom and Victoria plumbing should know better but of course they only care about taking peoples money!
This is awful quality and NOT fit for Purpose! The customer service has also been completely appalling! Will never purchase from Victoria plumbing again!
UPDATE: Still no one has reached out to fix this issue just s standard unsatisfactory response! Sink Unit is also buckling now too! I am a single mum who works really hard and saved up all my money for a new bathroom very sad indeed how companies can sell poor products and treat people this way very sad indeed. Save yourself the aggro and go B&Q much better quality.
This is an aggressive on line retail business that spends much of its time focusing on Google ranking and burying bad reviews. Once an item is ordered it's impossible to talk directly with anybody as everything is done via a painfully slow live chat system. There is literally no phone number on their site. Prices are competitive but the after sales service is so poor it's not worth it. They managed to deliver three sinks all smashed to pieces to me in a week. What should have been a simple order took over my life. Eventually I could stand it any more and asked for a refund. I'm not sure when I will receive this. I now have ordered a sink from another company which is a different size so have further work to do installing. I will never use them again.
I ordered over £1,000 worth of stuff, an item was faulty and they are refusing to do anything about it. The item itself was nearly £150 and they keep saying "I have escalated this to our resolution team to look into for you, we will be in touch this week coming regarding an outcome".
I've had this response with no real evidence that they're going to help. They are really helpful when you are enquiring about purchasing items (obviously) but once you have paid, they couldn't care less about the faulty products they send!
I saw most of the reviews on here are similar, customer service is absolute rubbish and their products look nice but they're expensive AND faulty! What's the point of having nice looking items if they're faulty! RIDICULOUS!
They are quick to respond to bad reviews but they don't want to actually sort the problem!
So after 20 months of actually using my bathroom the valencia vanity units stone resin single piece top has picked stains from vanity product containers. It's almost like they have bleached in and the stain is definitely not budging.
I live alone so this hasn't even had excessive use and is certainly not fit for purpose given the delicacy described above.

I have been in contact with Victorian Plumbing who could not answer the simplest of questions and refused to help in any way. The bottom line is this product is not fit for purpose
They provided a shower mixer which mixes the water opposite to the hot cold markets on the mixer itself and common sense. Clockwise hot, anti-clockwise cold. They failed to offer any solution to this problem, said it was down to interpretation and closed the support ticket. Don't expect any after sales customer suppport from this company.
Biggest load of cheap nasty rubbish, as a bathroom fitter I dread it when I walk in and see Victoria pluming box's. Last 4 sets of taps spouts are not straight and 2 with bad plating. You get what you pay for.
Don't use the company you cannot speak to a human at all. And they think that it is acceptable to try and charge you £49 return fee but hold on to £461 refund they owe you

We have experienced several problems with the Victorian Plumbing Company. We were unable top pay with PayPal, despite this option being offered as available. It you want next day delivery, you have to pay for the item first, and then go back in to make a further payment (adding all the card details etc), instead of one single payment. We paid for next day delivery within the time window required by the website, but the following day received a track emailk showing that the item would not be delivered until the following day. IT is impossible to contact a human being - then live chat does not work, so one is confined to a chatbot which is useless, despite the chatbot offering access to a live assistant. Finally, after making the purchase, I received a feedback form inviting me to rate the service. I gave a single star, and then explained why in the text box. On clicking submit, a pop-up appeared saying that my feedback could not be received at this time. As the company's website only contains positive reviews, it would seem that they have purposely excluded anything which is not 4 or 5 star feedback. I regret using this company and will not do so again.
Absolutely horrendous. Would never recommend using this company. The delivery driver refused to put the item on the pavement, he just left it on the road. My 75 year old mum could not move the pallet she phoned me so I could speak to the extremely rude driver and all he would repeat was that it was not his job to put the item on the pavement, was not his concern if it blocked car users passing due to the pallet being left on the Rd. In the end he took the item away saying it was refused. Victoria Plumbing then rearranged for a 2nd delivery with a different driver but they sent the same driver, this time he phoned me to say I've tried to deliver last week and it was refused so won't bother to deliver today as it would be refused again! And didn't turn up at all. I am mortified at this vile level of service we have experienced.
Do not order from this company. The quality of their products, and quality control processes are poor. I've spent £1000s with them and every single item with the exception of one has been sent back (some multiple times) with issues around quality (marks, scratches, poor production etc.). I am currently waiting for a replacement part for a sink/toilet unit where I've been waiting almost 5 weeks, I've paid for the item and I am still sat with no part and no idea as to when this will be in stock.
I've had to contact them on countless occasions (i'm thinking around 30) on various returns/replacements. I've been promised multiple times that i would receive a follow up call/email and not once has this happened, not once. When you contact them, their customer service team is polite and help as much as they can but their wider customer care is appalling along with their products.
I am now in a position where I cannot fix my toilet, sink or unit to the wall/floor and yet need to be able to use this. I have no idea as to when the part will be delivered and would rather just rip the whole lot out and start again than have this painful saga with Victorian Plumbing.
Save yourself the hours and days of lost life and shop elsewhere.
Please do not order from them--terrible customer service, they've charged full price for an item we returned worth over 300£), then claiming it is damaged, they have not issues an exchange note and have not returned the item either despite repeated emails. In other word, they have kept the item and charged full price. We have to seek the Ombudsmen to intevene now in order to at least the 'damaged' item back (VP claim they will dispose it off in 4 weeks)
They delivered the first sink unit smashed. I had to beg them to even come and take it away.
They then decided to send it a second time in a crazy pallet contraption/monstrosity that was taller than me (I'm 6"3). It was completely over the top, I assume to make sure they didn't smash a second sink.
They state that their terms and conditions require customers to dispose of packaging and I was fine with disposing of the first pallet but this thing they've delivered to the pavement outside my house is not reasonable.
The 'packaging' can't be moved by one man and is held together by nails with screw threads so it cannot easily be taken apart. When I complained to their 'customer service' they suggested I hire a tradesperson to disassemble it.
Absolute nonsense. I'll be taking my next order elsewhere - avoid like the plague.
Website selling stuff that is on their back order. Waited nearly 6 weeks for a basin. Arrived broken. Sent an email / picture on the same afternoon. A week later. No response from Victorian Plumbing! Spent a hour trying to find a contact phone number... doesn't appear to have one any longer? Resorted to Live Chat... bad experience! Was told that my order was delivered two months earlier than the actual date it arrived on site... hence my damaged report/returns had expired! CAN YOU PEOPLE PLEASE INVEST IN A TELEPHONE SO THAT I CAN SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING THAT UNDERSTANDS THE WORKINGS OF A CALENDER!
Answer: I just had the same issues. Raise a dispute with your card company or PayPal if they are no longer offering the resolution. Again, the like making customers pay for the return even if it's no fault of yours. Good luck.

Answer: Same as me they are rubbish I'm hitting every review platform I can find, warm other stay away, I waited nearly seven weeks for refund and they still owe me £50 for shipping, cowboys.
